...My experience’s of Two pints of lager and a packet of crisps are some of the best TV experiences I have ever had. Two pints of lager is Comedy at is best, set in the area of Runcorn are five of the most hilarious people you will ever see engaging you TV set. Jonny, Played by Ralph Little, Is without doubt the funniest of the lot, He has problems with his bad hygiene and will openly admit to not showering very often, He usually comes up with crazed plans which he and his friends know will never work, His outstanding love for biscuits set him apart from the rest, He loves Jamie Dodgers more than his girlfriend Janet. Janet, Played by Sheridan Smith, is the partner of Jonny and to be honest is just as daft, with her colourful comments of her very large capacity and the size of her breast makes her very funny to watch, She to comes up... Advantages: Funny!!!!
Disadvantages: Not many episodes in a series.

...In this episode, Jonny starts fantasying about Louise, and later kisses her. He runs away and shouts she tastes of lard. Jonny confesses this to Gaz in the Archers (the male pub), and Gaz lets this slip to Janet. 6. Ugly Babies Janet wakes up in the morning and starts to feel sick, she thinks nothing of it. Until talking to Louise and Donna, who make a joke that she could be pregnant. Janet confronts Jonny about it, and he does a runner to the pub. Louise storms to the pub after him and tells him, that he's man and he needs to stand by Janet. When Jonny returns home, Janet does the test. (I'll leave you to watch it, to find out. ...First time i saw two pints on tv was series 6. I really enoyed it. After watching a couple of episodes i wanted to know the whole story as i wasn't caught up from starting at series 6. But i knew it was something i would enjoy. So i orderd series 1+2, and i thought was brillant. Very funny, good story, gets even better as the series go on. Very good programme to watch. Worth buying. I prefer british comedys and shows than american ones. I have say i recommend this to any one and any age. My mates mum and dad love it as well. I would give two pints of lager and a packet of crisps 10/10. I now own all 6 series. Two pints is a Runcorn based show, with five main cast members. Advantages: great cast, great script, very funny

...Wehn i first watched this programme on BBC3 i wasn't expecting much, but to my surprise, i was hooked! the lives of Jonny, Janet and Co. have enthralled me and i can't imgaine life without them, a quirky well-thought-out series starring a cast of talented young actors/actresses. Janet (Sheridan Smith) - Chain-smoking, works in a bakers, trying to make the best out of life with Jonny, to no real avail. Most likely to say: Bugger off Louise! Jonny (Ralf Little) - Always ready for a quick pint with Gaz, attention-seeking, lie-about, who's only income is his dole money, tries to avoid seriousness whenever possible and has the most 'blonde' comments. Advantages: Great cast, good writer, decent scenarios

...Now ive seen pretty much every episode of these and to be honest i have cried at the sad moments and cried from laughter - Two pints is set in runcorn with a bunch of mainly 5 friends - it started when they all went out on the pull and Janet and Johnny ended up meeting - Gaz is a friend of Johnnys and donna and louise are friends of janet. and so the story began of ups and downs affairs tight situations and general banter. Gaz played by will mellor plays in my opinion a sex obsessed - self obsessed character - i think confirmed by his over use of the phrase "I'm stunning me" he finds any oppurtinity to take everything as an innuendo for sexual experiences. You know the score, lay in a bed on a ward late at night with all the main lights out, trying to get some sleep with all that noise happening around you… no chance of any sleep at all… so I'd slap on the headphones and flick through the channels on the bedside digital television which hung from the wall above my bed… coming across a small marathon of this on one of the BBC channels, the only thing to watch apart from something about Stalin on UKTV History... Advantages: Hoppy, dry and quite well balanced. A good example of a Bitter beer.

...It’s kind of fitting that my last review of Cropton Brewery’s products should be of their first beer! Before I write a review of the brewery and the tour itself (currently being written) I thought I’d complete my series of reviews with my opinion on Two Pints. ~~~THE BREWERY. The brewery we now know as Cropton dates from 1994 and can be found on farmland (called Woolcroft) in Cropton. Previous to that the business was housed in the cellar of the brewery tap ~ a pub called the New Inn. Cropton has a long brewing pedigree; beer has been produced here since 1613! Since moving the brewery has continued to expand but still remains an independent and traditional business. Cropton beers can be purchased on-line via their web-site, in local pubs and at Beer Festivals and come in bottles and as cask ales. The place to sample them... Read review

...2 pints and a packet of crisps iz a great comedy about a group of young friends constant laughfs with johny the unemployable dirty day time soap watcher who lives with his girlfiend janet the rude sexy but a little bit sluty blonde whos friends with louise the squiky one and donna who a bit of a boy but has a mother whos slept with half the town and last but not least my bestist and most favorit gaz whom just happens to be rude womanising and filthy this histerical show stars the very talented ralf little and the faboulus will mellor and also sheridain smith and many other talented cast also i really like the wit and houmor witch are inclouded in the great funny storyline ten 9 out of ten...
