Panasonic TX-32LXD85
Review of Panasonic TX-32LXD85 by
acnicolaou20
Advantages: Cheap for a Panasonic, Brilliant colours, Great sound quality
Disadvantages: Not 1080p, Deep colour not all that good
...On paper, Panasonic's Viera TX-32LXD85 has a tough job on its £650 hands. After all, it follows hot on the heels of the brand's all-singing, all-dancing, really rather excellent 32LZD85. Surely the less well-specified 32LXD85 can't make much of a mark in the wake of such an illustrious sibling?
There is, of course, a very good reason why the 32LXD85 isn't as well specified as the 32LZD85: price. For around £650, the 32LXD85 is £100-200 cheaper than its fancy-pants sibling. That's enough in itself to tempt many people towards it, provided the set's performance standards aren't too badly affected by its price-induced down-speccing.For the most part, the 32LXD85's images are a chip off the old Panasonic block. Colours, for instance, are nothing short of excellent. The ultra-vivid hues of the Bahamas sequence in Casino Royale blaze off...

This has to be the best LCD TV I have seen
Review of Panasonic Panasonic TX-32LXD700 by
fatboyslim
Advantages: Ease of use, superb picture quality, superb sound quality
Disadvantages: NONE
...I would like to begin my review by pointing out the following.
Previous to me owning the Panasonic TX-32 LXD700 I had owned for 9 days a Panasonic TH-37PX70 Plasma TV, which I returned to the shop in exchange for the Panasonic TX-32 LXD700, the reason for this was the following. I own a Play station 3, as some of you may know, Plasma TV's can suffer from image burn / image retention, this basically means that if a static image is on the screen for an amount of time, e.g. a channel logo on digital TV or a still graphic off of a games console for example a speedometer (in my case) off of a racing game, then there is a good possibility that this image will be still visibly when you start to watch TV especially on a dark scene. Prior to me purchasing the Panasonic TH-37PX70 Plasma TV I had asked the sales assistant if the Plasma TV would...

LCD is the best TV
Review of Panasonic TX26LXD1 by
Pazadov
Advantages: Picture quality is the best you'll get!
Disadvantages: Adaptor required for some memory cards during 'photo mode'
...in most computer stores, if not all.
There are a number of settings for picture quality and finding the one that suits you can be frustrating as one feels like altering it for every programme, which you shouldn't do, of course. Viewing an LCD TV takes time to adapt because the picture is so good quality it almost looks too good, if you see what I mean. But, once you get used to it, like I have, you'll be happy with how you finally have it set. It's always nice to know that you can adjust it if you want to.
Quite a long review here, I know but, let’s face it, the Panasonic TX-26LXD1 deserves it as it is full of features and brilliant quality in every aspect.
They also have a 32” model but the 26” is plenty big enough for our viewing needs.
Watching Sky TV, DVB and DVD’s through this LCD TV is just wonderful with it’s perfect...

PANASONIC PRESENTS THE TX 32PL1
Review of Panasonic TX32PL1 by
Puma1000
Advantages: Your short sighted granny will be able to see the TV at christmas!
Disadvantages: Finding enough space to put it.
...to be your primary TV. Installation of the plugs and tuning is fairly straightforward, however make sure you've got enough room for all those leads as it adds an extra few inches width to the back of the TV.
Durability - well only time will tell - although going on Panasonics other products you've got a guarantee and there fairly reliable. Pricewise its neither a bargain or rip-off, but a bit of shopping around on the internet may save you £50-£100. Depending on your income I would say for a long term investment it is satisfactory (some people upgrade their TV every 2 or 3 years) and you'll be enjoying a better watch for years to come, the only thing to look out for is the danger of becoming an even worse tele addict!...

You can't go wrong with Panasonic
Review of Panasonic TX 20 LX 6 by
smudgenskunk
Advantages: Excellent picture quality, clear and crisp NICAM sound, widescreen, looks good
Disadvantages: No HDMI port
...and find that because it is smaller and the picture clearer it is easier to see and make out finer detail than the 32” widescreen in my living room, so much so that I now watch most DVDs laying on my bed rather than imitating a couch potato on the sofa.
With the silver finish and position of the 4w speaker just below the screen the Panasonic TX20LX6 oozes quality and this is backed up by NICAM sound that although not so powerful is perfectly clear and has the ability to play music videos to the same volume without distortion to my stereo system which is no mean feat and to me shows that power isn’t everything, but quality is.
Everything about the Panasonic TX20LX6 says “buy me” when you look at it in the shop and for £275 I have to say you can’t go wrong by giving into temptation, reaching deep into your pockets and making that purchase...

Panasonic - top dog for tv's
Review of Panasonic TX-26LXD50 by
boberto
Advantages: Quality finish, superb picture, easy to use and setup
Disadvantages: only 1 HDMI input socket
...how well they do them. (you can find this out from reveiws or in store demonstrations) The picture quality on this tv even though it is the same freeveiw input as every other tv is exceptional as it processes the image better and has a high quality LCD. Also the sound (somthing usualy overlooked when buying a tv) is suprime to most other tv's and comparible to a home cinima sound setup. And trust me imersive sound makes such a differance to watching lost for example. A cut above the rest. Well done panasonic....
