Panasonic TX-32LXD85
Review of Panasonic TX-32LXD85 by
acnicolaou20
Advantages: Cheap for a Panasonic, Brilliant colours, Great sound quality
Disadvantages: Not 1080p, Deep colour not all that good
...On paper, Panasonic's Viera TX-32LXD85 has a tough job on its £650 hands. After all, it follows hot on the heels of the brand's all-singing, all-dancing, really rather excellent 32LZD85. Surely the less well-specified 32LXD85 can't make much of a mark in the wake of such an illustrious sibling?
There is, of course, a very good reason why the 32LXD85 isn't as well specified as the 32LZD85: price. For around £650, the 32LXD85 is £100-200 cheaper than its fancy-pants sibling. That's enough in itself to tempt many people towards it, provided the set's performance standards aren't too badly affected by its price-induced down-speccing.For the most part, the 32LXD85's images are a chip off the old Panasonic block. Colours, for instance, are nothing short of excellent. The ultra-vivid hues of the Bahamas sequence in Casino Royale blaze off...

This has to be the best LCD TV I have seen
Review of Panasonic Panasonic TX-32LXD700 by
fatboyslim
Advantages: Ease of use, superb picture quality, superb sound quality
Disadvantages: NONE
...I would like to begin my review by pointing out the following.
Previous to me owning the Panasonic TX-32 LXD700 I had owned for 9 days a Panasonic TH-37PX70 Plasma TV, which I returned to the shop in exchange for the Panasonic TX-32 LXD700, the reason for this was the following. I own a Play station 3, as some of you may know, Plasma TV's can suffer from image burn / image retention, this basically means that if a static image is on the screen for an amount of time, e.g. a channel logo on digital TV or a still graphic off of a games console for example a speedometer (in my case) off of a racing game, then there is a good possibility that this image will be still visibly when you start to watch TV especially on a dark scene. Prior to me purchasing the Panasonic TH-37PX70 Plasma TV I had asked the sales assistant if the Plasma TV would...

THE BRIGHT BOX.
Review of Panasonic TX32PD30 by
apatra
Advantages: GOOD QUALITY PICTURE, ROBOST AND STRONG.
Disadvantages: CHUNKY.
...TUNNER.
It has two tuners with spit screen, picture in picture pip, picture and picture pap and picture on picture pop. Has reception picture of PAL, NTSC with 100-channel quantity.
On the overall features, the Panasonic TX32PD30 has some marvelous characteristics like the capabilities of artificial intelligence picture control, velocity modulation scanning, vertical aperture compensation, owner id and progressive scanning.
CONTROLS AND ADJUSTMENT.
It has the picture adjustment and they are DYNAMIC, NORMAL AND CINEMA and with the availability of colour temperature control. It also has comb filter of 3D digital and with Image ration of 16:9. The wide screen modes are not bad and it consist of just which is the normal wide screen mode, zoom, zoom 16:9 and then zoom 14:9 respectively...

Superb all rounder
Review of Panasonic TX32PK20 by
C.Swainston
Advantages: Big Big Screen
Disadvantages: Manual is limited
...I bought my Panasonic TX32PK20 for £1300.00, which included a 5-year insurance cover redeemable if no claims made. The one thing that strikes you about this TV is it’s size when on it’s proper stand, which incidentally comes flat pack and is murder to put together especially when all you want to do is turn it on to see how good the picture is.
Believe me the wait is worth it SUPERB is how I describe it with it’s flat jet black screen glaring at you no more gray tones for me I said.
However it’s not without its pitfalls, the manual is set on getting you up and running and that’s it, the TV is supposed to have a child lock facility on it but they is no mention in the book about it. Also nothing about mixing TV/TELETEXT together if any one does fathom these two pointers out do let me know won’t you...

A good example of a mid range flatscreen tv
Review of Panasonic TX32PB50 by
Traceyfj12
Advantages: Good sound and picture
Disadvantages: Stand isn't pretty (if you get one)
...that this all has to do with the "geometrics" and it shouldn't happen but with some wide/flatscreen tv's this does happen. We took the tv back and started looking again!
We had been advised that if we were going to purchase a Flatscreen tv of 32" or more then to go for one with 100HZ flicker free technology as this reduces the amount of flickering apparent with a larger tv.
We opted for the Panasonic TX32PB50 because it had so many little extras.
It had:
100HZ Super Digital Scan
Advanced progressive scan
Dolby Digital Surround Sound (with 3 speakers)
Teletext
and Also multiwindow which includes
PIP - Picture in picture - allows you to watch one channel whilst a silent picture of another channel in the corner so you can see what's on or watch two channels at one time switching between channels on the sound!
PAT - Picture and text...

A year down the line
Review of Panasonic TX32PL10 by
AndyUsh
Advantages: Lovely Appearence and finish
Disadvantages: Only having two scart sockets
...Introduction:
As the title suggests I bought the Panasonic TX32PL10 about 1 year ago from the John Lewis store in Peterborough. I had been considering the purchase of a new TV for some time but the choice and variation of models was a tad overwhelming, (something akin to a child in a sweet shop).Having seen a review in What Video & TV magazine, I decided that was the TV for me
Purchasing the TV
At the time of purchase the TV was on sale for £1050. With the help of magazine I phoned all retailers in the rear of the magazine to confirm the price including delivery, stock availability and the location of their shop so I could view the aforementioned TV. Armed with these details I went to John Lewis and asked them to price match the said item for me. 1 month later I accepted delivery of the TV, not for the £1050 as offered...
