...After recently writing an opinion on freeinuk, I decided to look back at my old opinion of 2001freebies.co.uk. I was shocked to find how rubbish my opinions were - so I have decided to make this one better as 2001freebies.co.uk recently became netfreestuff.co.uk and it really is a top class freebies site. When I first started hunting for freebies, I decided to look up freebies on the Internet and was disappointed to find that most were delivered to the US only. I then found this site that claimed to be for UK freebie hunters only! It was, and today I still am receiving loads of amazing things that are sometimes quite good! ...Blartly is supposedly the 'UK's No.1 Bargain & Giveaway Site' but, until last week I'd never heard of it. I found it through a link on a freebie site and was tempted to have a look. It was launched in June 2000 and is run in the UK by a company called 'Promo Tech'. Reportedly it has between 3500-5000 hits per day with up to 500 new registered users per day. When I entered the site, after a quick browse, I went straight to the 'About Blartly' section to find out what usefulness it provided. There I found that Blartly is a partner site to Dooyoo.co.uk (and probably ipoints.co.uk) but little else. Taking the plunge I decided to sign-up, this was painless. Advantages: New name and Website address for Genie.co.uk
Disadvantages: Just when you get used to a name they change the name.

...The website genie.co.uk has changed it’s name to O2.co.uk This has happened due to BT Cellnet (Old mobile part of British Telecom) changing it’s name to O2 after moving away from BT. O2 is formed from five mobile companies across Europe, and Genie, the mobile internet portal. This opinion is mainly covers sending text messages via 02.co.uk The services are still very good. The screen layout and colours look a lot better now. Speed of the website is still good. Before you can send text message you will need to login. Amazon.co.uk has been around in the UK since 1998 and it started off a website mainly for selling PC & Video Games, Books, DVD's and similar items, now it still stocks all those items but now have expanded its items to Health & Beauty, Clothes, Shoes, Electrical Equipment, you name it, Amazon probably has it.
