...Looking round my local ASDA at the kitchen cleaners I came across the colourful bottle of Mir Muscle Lemon Kitchen and decided to pop it in my trolley and give a try. As there is no picture here I will tell you what it looks like. The bottle itself is the stand spray type shaped bottles that most brands tend to go for currently but this is a lovely sunflower yellow with an orange nozzle, the standard Mr Muscle colour and a very bright label. The Label is mainly green in colour and has a picture of a cooker and a lemon cut in half on it. The words Mr Muscle also appear on the label again in the bright orange Mr Muscle colour. Now according to the label not only is it lemon scented but has anti-bacterial action also - how would you know? I am sure we don't all have a small chemistry lab at home so we can test how much... I found it for £7.95 in my local branch of WHSmith, and although the actual price is printed on the outside of the back cover you may be able to find it for a lower price online. Also, you may be able to find it in other retailers should you wish to look for it. About the author: Paul Blakey used to be an international ballet dancer, but now works as a practising osteopath. Therefore, he has the knowledge on how best to take care of your muscles and has put this in to this great book. Originally published in 1992 through Bibliotek Books, it has since been re-printed many times still through the same company. ...If any of you out there watch commercial's on TV when there is nothing on, which usually with sky and cable there isn't then you may have already seen this product advertised. Its the ABgymnic electronic gymnastic device. It uses the same technology as the rio belt but a fraction of the cost. Sceptical as i am, i saw this product advertised on TV, they showed people using this belt that contracts your muscles and then relaxes them, without any effort on your behalf, now i could see that as the ladies and gents in the commercial were using it their stomach muscles were really contracting hard, i thought they were putting it on, how i was wrong. ...Firstly I have to say that I love Mr Muscle products. I have used them for as long as I care to remember and when they brought out this new Orange Action Cleaner I thought the end to my greasy kitchen days were over. Let me tell you about the product. It comes in a 500ml trigger bottle and costs around £2.50 per bottle. The liquid is orange and it smells of a very strong orange peel. The cleaning fluid contains orange oil and a mixture of Mr Muscles special cleaners and it says that it is tough on kitchen grease but can also be used around the home as a general cleaner. ...We've all seen the Advert..you know the one, wimpy guy whizzing around the kitchen, flexing his imaginary muscles, wielding his trusty squirty thing..minutes later and 'voila'..sparkling clean kitchen and the slogan "Mr Muscle Loves the jobs you hate"..Hmmm..I don' think Mr Muscle is going to be much good with the ironing..or the gardening come to that, however the kitchen is another matter !! ...Radox is a well known manufacturer of bubble baths, soaps and shower gels. Their products have blends of natural herbs and minerals. I am a big fan of Radox products finding them to be of high quality yet reasonably priced. The bubble bath I am reviewing today is the Radox Muscle Soak. The Bottle It's a clear plastic bottle which has a curved contour at the bottom making it fit comfortably in your hand when you pour it. There is a screw top cap which is fairly easy to open and close. On the front of the bottle is a picture of a stream of bubbles and on the back are the instructions.
