You perform routines with all the moves you are going to use in the DVD but a simpler version. - Level 2 is the Salsacise 30 min workout with fast moving steps and lots of jumping! - Toning 1 is for abs and upper body this 10-15 min workout is with a band or water bottles and a gentle but effective tone up which can be done before you go to bed...anytime when you have a spare 10 mins!-Toning 2 hips, legs and bums! This is 10-15 mins and works mainly on your legs but the same as above applies. - GI information in this section Rosemary is talking about her book about GI foods and is very informative. ...I currently have 3 of these adapters installed at my home connecting 3 PC's wirelessly to a BT Voyager2500V Router. I purchased the first one after suffering months of problems with an intermittent broadband connection using an extension cable. The adapter comes well packaged in a far larger box than is necessary (minus points for environmental responsibility) and is supplied complete with software drivers, software to manage the wireless network, a desktop stand for the adapter and an instruction sheet. 1st impressions were that the build quality is adequate although with the adapter being very light the stand could definitely have done with being heavier. You have to trink Slim Fast with Milk without Fat. On the Box of Slim Fast, they say, that you have to mix the Slim Fast Powder with milk in a special Slim Fast Cup, but I don`t think, that you have to buy this special cup. You can also take another normal cup to mix it. This special cup you can buy for 5€ (I don`t know how much it is in british pounds). After I mixed this drink, I tried my drink.
