...was the morning after the night before and so my stomach wasn't coping too well but there were still lots of things which looked good! One thing that surprised us is that we saw a smoked fish terrine set out at breakfast which is what we had for our starter the night before….. +++ Reception +++ The reception staff were very helpful and polite although their checking out procedure seemed to take a very long time. +++ Car Park +++ Anyone at all familiar with Cambridge will know that car parking is a huge problem in the city - there is just not enough space. The University Arms won't help here either. They do have a small car park at ground level and another below the hotel which they charge guests £8 a day to park in. Attendants will park and retrieve your car for you which is just as well as the car park resembles...

No Battle - Simply the Rest!!

Advantages: Great food, good value, professional staff
Disadvantages: None really

.... There's something comforting about watching the cars driving past in the lashing rain, while nursing a glass of red, with a steaming bowl of pasta in front of you. THE BUILDING The Rest is somewhat unusual, possibly even unique. The building was a tram-stop and newsagents originally and lay derelict for some time. It was threatened with demolition but a local campaign saw it saved and then restored in 1994 when it opened as a restaurant. It is decorated on the outside with green and cream tiles and has an octagonal clock tower. The clock is operational and is a real landmark in the local area. INSIDE It's small, and the tables are packed in. Tastefully decorated with original artwork (available for sale) and impressive murals on the walls. Arm-azing!

...I've been quite lucky lately - a couple of months ago I passed my driving test on my first attempt, and then a week later I was offered a weekend job after my first interview. As you can imagine, I was pretty excited about both successes and my lovely fiancé told me he was going to take me out to dinner to celebrate. On arrival at The Mason's Arms, you are greeted by a very large cottage in appearance from the outside with a good-sized customer car park at the side of it with ample spaces for 15-20 cars. I visited the Angler?s Rest in Bamford recently for Sunday Lunch, although I must confess that this was not actually my first choice of venue. ...Yet another stop on my tour of Florida's theme parks with three of my friends was Universal Studios. Universal is linked to Islands of Adventure and we did both parks in one day due to limited time, although I'll review them separately. LOCATION: Universal Studios is in Orlando, Florida. As with most Orlando attractions it is fairly well signposted. You just need to get onto the I4, the main road through Orlando, and it is signposted off this. There is a ridiculous amount of parking available. Make sure you remember which character and which number you are parked in otherwise you'll be searching for that rental car for hours! Each section is named after a Universal character such as Spiderman, the Cat in the Hat and ET. PRICES: This is a theme park in Orlando so don't be expecting a cheap day out! You can buy lots...

Brothers In Arms Is So Far Away From Dire.

Advantages: The very best of Dire Straits Music.

...the lyrics and haunting tones in these two tunes that make them feel this way to me. The rest of the album really is great feel good music though. This is not my top CD I have in my collection, but it certainly is high on my list, is a great album I really enjoy listening to and also one that I highly recommend. I bought this Brothers In Arms CD not long after it was released into the Album chart, as at that time, CDs where just coming on to the market for sale and Brothers In Arms was one of the first Albums to be released onto CD I remember. ...everyone baby. But in this one we see him conspiring against Henry. Bloody hollywood. One question that bugs me when I read A Farewell to Arms, is why is it called A Farewell to Arms? I mean he's an ambulance driver not a soldier. He never had any arms to be worried about to start with. You watch this film though and you'll come to the conclusion everyone comes too, when reading Hemmingway. Hemmingway seems to hate women. He always portrays them as subserviant and more than a little dim. Though the classic comedy in this film is the size difference between the man and the woman. She is like teh smallest woman alive and he is a giant. There's a scene were he is walking through a crowd and he's head and shoulders above the rest. There's definite shitzu-great dane problems there. The quality of the DVD is poor. It's always really dark...
