...Now this is similar to the other Trust Front USB panel review I have done. However with this product we find an additional USB PCI card. Ok so what does that mean to me I ask you hear. Well basically with the other front panel you had to have existing USB ports on the back of your machine and use those for the panel with a link through lead. With this one you install a new USB card into a spare PCI slot (the long white slot inside your motherboard) and then run an internal cable to the front panel. This then means you have an additional two ports on the back for products such as an ADSL modem and printer that would be permanently connected, while you also gain three ports on the front for various other products that you may want to remove from time to time or just plug in now and then such as a digital camera or a joystick. Advantages: EASY ACCESS TO USB PORTS

...in the world to install, but far from the hardest too. You will need a little PC knowledge but not much. Basically what you do is open the pc up and fit the plate to the front of the PC (either to a 3.5 or 5.5 inch drive bay, adapter is included for larger drive bay), then you run a lead to the back plate which has a notch for the lead to go through (also included) then you plug the lead into your current USB port on the back of your PC and job done. (NB. Should you plug the lead to a USB 1.0 port on the back of the PC everything can only then run at up to USB 1.0 speed not USB 2.0 speed. For that you will need a current USB 2.0 port on the back of the PC). EASE OF USE Once installed this is the great part. Advantages: Cheap, easy to use, transportable.

..., the pen drive looks rather pod-like, oval rounded with no sharp edges, certainly a lot nicer lookin than other pen drives I've seen. A black stripe separates the two parts, and divides the drive into two, which is quite classy. With the cap offthe USB connector is revealed and also a little transparant plastic, which shows off the rather authentic-and-reassuring-looking circuit boards inside. Upon the other end of the stick is a tiny little Key-ring fastener. As this is only 0.5cm in diameter, I wouldn't put anything into that key ring, rather, put that key-ring into another, if you get my drift. Performance. Now, if you're a stickler for grammar, a copy-editor at heart or just a careful reader, you may been perplexed by my inverted commas around the term "capacity" in the previous paragraph.
