Mostly like a lot of these types of products the box contains a lot of air with a CD and the adaptor, a holder and some more blurb. There is also a phone number for free technical support - vital as you could be on the phone to them for hours. Overall I am relatively happy with the adaptor, I have the internet on my computer although it disconnects me and I have to 'repair' it everytime I log on. I feel that the software could of been more useful and the information on the box could of saved me a lof of grief. The technical staff were very good being as helpful as they could be, however in my case I needed help from a techy know-how friend. I hope this information will be helpful to others.... Read review

There is only one inconvenience though, the fact that it is external. Since it is external there is always a better chance of it breaking, or being lost. Speed and Range The adapter is reliable and I always have a connection whether I am in my upstairs bedroom, on the loo, or on my front lawn outside which is about 12 feet from my router, the adapter is an 802.11g device so runs at 54Mbps and also works with older 802.11b devices. My device usually runs at 48Mbps 12 feet away and at 54Mbps at roughly 6 feet away from my router which is good as it utilises its maximum bandwidth most of the time.
