...This is probably one of the best, and most simple to use wireless adapters there is. It connects to your computer via a USB 2.0 port or the USB 1.1, and the driver CD loads up straight away. It is simple to set up, and you can choose whether to use Windows own connection manager, or Buffalo's Client Manager V. You can connect to a wireless network almost straight away, even the ones protected with passwords. It is 54Mbps, thats 5 times faster than the standard 802.11b wireless. It also supports AOSS, and the one touch secure setup button. The password protected wireless networks that this adapter supports, are WPA and 128/64-Bit WEP. I am currently using the WEP and unlike some wireless adapters, you can save the passcode for the networks, so you don't have to enter it evrytime you want to connect. ...This is a great piece of kit. I bought it so I could transfer files between my phone and computer, but it can be used with any bluetooth device such as a PDA or laptop. The manual simply explains how to install the dongle and I installed it without any trouble in minutes. The dongle is USB 1.1 compatable and is truely plug and play. You can disable the bluetooth connection in the dongle settings so you don't have to keep disconnecting the adapter from your PC if your worried about someone trying to connect to your computer. Start using the product, just give your PC a name in the Bluetooth software and any bluetooth device will be able to detect it straight away. The easiest way to transfer files in my opinion is to right-click on a file and select "Send To > Bluetooth Device" You can even highlight multiple files and send them... Read review

...I recently bought one of these routers after my dlink blew up, I was told by a friend that buffalo made excellent wireless routers and he wasn't wrong, this router works brillantly. This router has wireless access, including 4 ports intergrated for any ethernet cable needs, its small and easy to place anywhere without it looking out of place, It has a 54mbps data transfer rate which is rather good for todays router standards, a 2.4ghz frequency band, which means it can be recieved over a good distance, but the distance can be changed using the easy browser setup. It has many data link protocols incluing Ethernet, Fast Ethernet. IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g. ...I currently have 3 of these adapters installed at my home connecting 3 PC's wirelessly to a BT Voyager2500V Router. I purchased the first one after suffering months of problems with an intermittent broadband connection using an extension cable. The adapter comes well packaged in a far larger box than is necessary (minus points for environmental responsibility) and is supplied complete with software drivers, software to manage the wireless network, a desktop stand for the adapter and an instruction sheet. 1st impressions were that the build quality is adequate although with the adapter being very light the stand could definitely have done with being heavier.
