- A Dell introduction-
Dell was founded by Michael Dell in 1984 and was originally named 'PC limited'. At that time IBM was the main specialists in computer products and components worldwide. Michael learn't his trade by using IBM mainframe computers on processing speeds of only 2MHz. A 'MHz' is a tiny fraction of the kind of processor speeds that are in the market today. Dell's visionary could see beyond the systems he worked with and wanted to find away to quicken up data processing and so got to work on building a prototype. In 1985 he managed it with a staggering 8 MHz processor speed. Michael was on his way to being a success in the US and has gone from strength to strength. Revenue 2006>> 56 Billion.

Review of Integral Courier - USB flash drive - 128 MB by
jo145
Advantages: Transfer data from one computer to another very quickly.
Disadvantages: Quite small, could get lost and a small capacity.

Before I tell you just how easy it is to use, I will tell you the little bit I have found out about Integral.
Integral is a brand of Just Rams Plc, one of the largest memory distributors in Europe. The Integral brand aims to offer high quality digital products and value for the end user. (I told you it was a little bit!) The company says that their little flash drive can do all this:-

128Mb... Not worth it?
Review of Dane-Elec zMate Pen Jelly USB2.0 - USB flash drive - 128 MB by
jonahea
Advantages: Key chain ring
Disadvantages: So tiny!
...This pen drive is a bit old and to be honest not even worth looking at!
Out there you WILL find better deals if you brought new it would cost you £12.49!!! The only thing I like about this is the handy key chain ring which means you can take it anyhere--- very helpful Im sure as whereever you go your keys follow!
The downflaw is now with this is simply the size of the drive- its only 128MB and you can now buy them on the high street for £30 with a massive 8Gig (about 60 times larger!)
Although it does look very cool and the swoop of the cap is a innovative design its purely not worth it! AND as its USB you dont need to install any sofware so thats an obvious plus when taking it from place to place...
A very little and pointless device that purely just isnt worth it due to its poor memory!
Why dont you buy one with more...

Kingston USB flash drive
Review of Kingston DataTraveler I - USB flash drive - 128 MB by
neilhobson
Advantages: Small, stylish, very lightweight yet seems robust
Disadvantages: I suppose it's only 128mb yet plenty for my use
...Purchased this from ebuyer for a mere £8 - its now gone up a bit - but still a bargin. I mainly bought it to store backups of important letters and spread sheets, however thought I would see how it worked first with it being so cheap. Plugged it in to my USB port and sure enough XP recognised it staight away ( you can download drivers for 98 etc as they are not supplied).
For my first time using one of these Flash Memory Drives it was very easy, it appeared as an extra hard drive under "my computer" in XP, opened it up and decided to copy and paste a few pictures to take around to a mates PC - just to see how it went.
The jargon on back of packet says you can store 96 pictures from a 3MPcamera - I'm already up to 100 and it will take more - so it obviously depends how your camera compresses them. For those who want to know...

Sony Micro Vault 5GB USB Drive
Review of Sony Micro Vault USB flash drive - 128 MB by
patwanet
Advantages: High capacity, Auto-sync software
Disadvantages: High initial cost
...The sony micro vault is a lightweight and practical solution to the hassle of transferring files one from one location to another.
It's light weight and small size mean that it can easily fit into a trouser pocket or laptop bag. The USB 2.0 interface means that it will be compatible with nearly all pc's purchased within the last 6-7 years, removing the hassle of burning CD's or DVD's only to find that the destination computer's drive does not support their speed or format. USB 2.0 means that files will transfer quickly and easily, with 5GB taking just a couple of minutes.
The Micro Vault also has auto-sync software, allowing you to sync files on your computer and usb drive at the click of a mouse. No need to fiddle around with copy and paste. You can also store multiple versions of a document or other file at different stages...

Flash memory, and nothing more
Review of Lexar JumpDrive Secure - USB flash drive - 128 MB by
DtOpo
Advantages: Reliable, Rugged
Disadvantages: Size can be an issue, Security software broken
...As the title suggests, this memory stick does what it is supposed to do--you stick it into the computer (Windows automatically recognizes it), save something, stick it into another computer, and the files are still there.
So far, the memory stick (which I bought about a year ago in the US for $40; the price is lower now) has proven to be reliable and rugged. No data has ever been lost. Moreover, no matter how careless I am at handling it, this memory stick has never shown any signs of damage.
The body of the memory stick is bigger than the part which goes into the USB port. This can be an issue sometimes if there is no room directly above the port--this design flaw is found mostly on older computers.
The reason the drive is called "Secure" is because the drive can be partitioned into two separate, public and private, partitions...

A Little Old I Guess
Review of Kingston DataTraveler USB flash drive - 128 MB by
burns2007
Advantages: Power, USB, Design, Reliable Manufacturer
Disadvantages: A little out of date, Size
...I first bought this particular flash drive a few years ago when flash drives were beginning to emerge as the new easy way to carry your data around instead of a disk.
Size (Digitally)
*****************
The digital capacity of this flash drive is only 128MB however when I bought it that was the standard capacity at the time but today 128MB is seen as being extremely small.
Design
*********
I found that one floor with the design of the flash drive was that when you took the top off the flash drive to put into the USB port on a computer you could easily put the top down and lose it. It might help if it was possible to put the top onto the rear of the flash drive by attaching it somehow.
I have found this flash drive to be a little slimmer than other flash drives that I have bought however if you want to insert another USB...

Review of Iomega Micro Mini USB 2.0 Drive - USB flash drive - 128 MB by
cookiestar2000
Advantages: Portable, small, easy-to-use, changeble cases.
Disadvantages: i cant see any
...***Introduction to how i got this product.***
Being a GCSE student completing coursework at home was hard when my work was on the computer at school, i needed a quick and easy way to transfer the data safely so i could edit it when i needed to. Not all of the school computers have floppy disk drives and there is only about 2 CD drives in the students computer rooms because of the risk of breaking them. I needed an easier answer so that i could access it from every computer.
At the time we had just had a new computer and my dad also needed to transfer data from the old computer to the new one quickly.
My cousin had just invested in a memory stick which he said would be easy for us to buy one to transfer the data and then i could use it for my school work which was a great idea until he told us he had paid £70 for his 128mb memory...

High Speed Data Transfer Miracle
Review of SanDisk Cruzer Mini - USB flash drive - 128 MB by
Testarossa
Advantages: Small, easy to use, fast data transfer
Disadvantages: The packaging needs a bulldozer to get into
...The SanDisk Cruzer Mini 128MB storage device is a USB device you can use to transfer data. It holds data, music, pictures, and just about anything else you wish to store.
I first discovered these back in January when I was looking for a present for my dad’s birthday. He had been complaining about floppy disks not holding enough data, and CD’s being time consuming to burn. As he often needs to transfer data onto a client’s computer, I though this would be the perfect solution.
He raved about this, saying that it was one of the best presents he’s had, so when my laptop was changed for one without a floppy drive, I decided to get one myself.
Trawling the internet, I found the SanDisk Mini Cruzer for £20.99 on ebuyer. Not bad for a device that holds the equivalent of 100 floppy disks! Bearing in mind that a floppy holds about 1...
