Advantages: Great name in golf balls Disadvantages: Not really for high handicappers
...I'm not really into the science of golf balls, all I know is that there are good balls and not so good balls. I wouldn't play with golf balls that cost 20p per ball such as Donnay because they don't feel nice to hit and yes on the golf course you just don't use Donnay to play low rounds and in tourneys.
I tried a titleist Pro V1X today in a Stableford tourney off white tees so I had a little extra yardage to play, I mostly use Titleist PTS Solo because they are designed for mid to high handicappers, and I can hit them, so they work for me. Titleist have brought out this new breed of ball, and as i said I don't know the science so i'm not going to say there is this and there is that, etc. All i know is that these balls are designed to cut out spin, have a lower flight and create more distance, however, I never saw any of that. To me...

Review of Titleist Pro V1x
Advantages: Fun, cheap to run and insure, stylish and safe. Disadvantages: Leaky sunroofs.
...This review is based on a 2004 Renault Clio 1.2 16v Dynamique.
After having an accident in my previous Clio (a 1.6 16v Dynamique) I set out looking for a new car, eventually I found myself (after much looking) the following car?
A 2004 Renault Clio 1.2 16v Dynamique in flame red, the colour I really wanted, my previous car had digital climate control and an electric sunroof so I purposefully found a car that also had these features.
Being the 2004 model it had the face lifted front end (MK2 PH3)
The car I found had the following specification:
Performance:
Engine - 1.2 16v 4cyl MPI (multipoint injection)
Power - 75bhp
Torque - 105Nm
0-60 - 12.6secs
Top Speed - 106mph
Gearbox - 5 speed manual
Interior:
Sports seats
Digital Climate Control
Electric Sunroof with sunblind
Electric windows (one touch...

Review of Renault Clio 1.2 16v
Advantages: Vegan, Organic, gluten free - something for all needs here. Good quality too! Disadvantages: Only one is in Nottingham. More expensive than Mcdonalds
...From the window of V1 you can look across at McDonalds and think, while you are eating your organic ‘happier’ meal that you might be eating something that actually hasn’t trampled the environment. In fact there’s a chance that you’re actually eating something healthy and having fast food!. Additionally your meal tastes great and was made by individually to order and doesn’t contain lots of gruesomely farmed titbits.
V1 is a fast food outlet in Hounds Gate, Nottingham next door to Deli France and opposite Subway – oh and of course McDonalds! It caters for Vegetarians and Vegans. As a result a kind of conscientious approach to the menus ripples through their offerings.
V1 isn’t just for Veggies and vegans. The great thing about V1 is that you can also go there if you have to be careful what you eat. They have a handy folder available...

Review of V1 (Nottingham)
Advantages: Great distance and feel Disadvantages: Price
...you can find them for less. This is downfall of the Pro V1 but the performance levels are significanly better than onther ball, appart from the Bridgestome B330's (as they are exactly the same ball just with a differnt name)
My advice would be, If you have the money to spare go for these balls as the all over perfomance is outstanding....

Review of Titleist Pro V1x
Advantages: Great Looks, Low Tax, Cheap Insurance Disadvantages: Ride Hieght, Slight Roll On Cornering
...Having recently handed my little Saxo over to my little sister for her lessons and run around. Its time to look for a new car, So I came accross a really nice "Fiat Punto Active Sport 1.2i 8v". Read below to find my opinion of this car so far.......
Performance~
This car is awesome on petrol, Obviously depending on the way its driven its averagin about 48ish MPG. ALthough not as responsive as the saxo was and requires higher revs in lower gears to do this, Another slight downside is the ride height and suspension set up as the car feels very high, and also as if it is going to roll when taking corners at speed.
Exterior~
The Active Sport variant of the Punto is in one word "sexy", Its got curves, and straight lines in all the right place. Again a slight draw back is the gap between the top of the wheels and the botton...

Review of Fiat Punto 1.2 8v
Advantages: Great handling, nippy, good fuel consumption, good features Disadvantages: Slightly smaller boot than competitors, rear seats don't fold flat
...I have owned my Ford Fiesta 1.4 16v since last June. My particular model is a 3dr, which is more rare in this Ghia specification.
Features include:
- Leather seats
- Air Condition
- CD player
- iPod connection (optional extra)
- Automatic lights
- Automatic windscreen wipers
- Electric folding wing mirrors
- 6x2 Spoke 15" alloy wheels
- Front fog lights
- Chrome effect front grill
- Trip/MPG/Miles to empty computer
- Steering wheel height adjustment
Technical points
- Petrol
- 5 speed gearbox
- Insurance group 5
- CO2 147 g/km - £125 tax a year
- 12,500 mile service intervals
- 80 BHP
- 0-62: 12.3 secs
- 45 litre fuel tank
The car is a great little run around in town, and is very easy to park. Through 1st, 2nd and 3rd it is very nippy, so is the perfect town car. However, it also holds up well on the motorway, accelerating well in...
...I like Volvos. I would hope so now that I have owned 6 of them starting with a lovely, quick Volvo 360 GLT, through the 4 series, S40, etc
I bought this V40 1.6 about 12 months ago as I 'needed' a car to get my dog around in after trading my Isuzu Trooper for a Mazda RX8. I didnt want to spend too much on a second car having just splashed out on the Mazda with the 'must have' toys', much to my wifes disaproval. After several fruitless searches of local garages I bumped into an old school friend at the Volvo dealership who introuduced me to this car which they had just taken in. It seemed to fit the bill nicely. It was an estate, ideal for the dog, and was in the price bracket I was looking at. After a test drive, the deal was done
So, enough waffling, what are my views of the car. Lets look first at the exterior
The car is...

Review of Volvo V40 1.6
...The renault clio 1.2 5 door is my first car, for now over 4 years and I have loved every moment driving it.
Car Specs:
Make: Renault
Model: Clio
Variant: 1.2 Dynamique 16v 5dr
Colour: Black
Fueltype: Petrol
Bodytype: Hatchback
Transmission: Manual
Doors: 5
Power Steering, Electric Mirrors, Electric Windows, Adjustable Steering Column, Remote Central Locking, Immobiliser, Head Restraints, Height Adjustable Seat, Abs, Child Locks, Side Air Bags, Twin Air Bags, Air Conditioning, Folding Rear Seats, Rear Headrests, Cd Player, Front Fog Lamps, Metallic Paintwork and Alloy Wheels
I can't think of any more to mention!
My opinion:
The renault clio has been a lovely drive from the day I bought it. At a modest 1.2L engine, its light bodywork has meant it has not detracted from its acceleration. The car drives extremely smooth...
Advantages: great feel and distance Disadvantages: cost
...I have been playing golf for 15 years and always play with a Titleist ball. It's something of a habit, but the ball suits my game. In cold wet conditions I'll play with the pts wound ball, and in dry summer conditions the professional balata. That was until I tried the newest product from Titleist, the pro V1.
It is the tour professionals choice of ball combining both distance and feel.It is longer off the tee than the balata ball but gets enormous spin around the green.
I'm not sure how Titleist have done it, but I was amazed at the extra length I got off the tee and the control and spin I got around the green. Putting with it is a dream, the ball doesn't fly off the putter like the wound ball.
At the moment the cost of the ball will put off all but the most accomplished golfer, at £35 a dozen you don't really want to 'lose' a ball...

Review of Titleist Pro V1x
Advantages: Does what it says on the tin!(i.e its SUPERB!) Disadvantages: Fuel consumption, trim levels
...Welcome to my review for the Skoda Superb 1.820v T.
If you're wondering why i am able to write reviews on so many different cars, its simple......
I've worked in the Car auction and Car hire business, so have driven too many cars to mention.
Ciao suggests being factual, so i'll use headings, and be as easy to understand as possible.
Reliability
Although this is a relatively new model, I have seen and driven a few with 'spaceship miles' on then (100k in 2 years). These cars have still been smooth and comfortalble with no dicernable faults.
With the engine being a de-tuned version of the Audi TT lump, it is relatively underworked and provides ample torque and power to move swiftly.
Safety
Being the flagship model of the Skoda range, and built to challenge the Merc C/E class and BMW 3/5 series, the Superb is stuffed to...
