Advantages: 64-bit future proofed, speedy, excellent value for money
Disadvantages: Dual core AMD 64 CPUS are faster... but hey it would make this CPU cheaper so it's not all bad!

...Intel's Pentium 4 CPU pipeline length is 30. A longer pipeline lets CPUs be clocked at higher speeds, but this generally causes performance problems. You see, CPUs like to predict what future instructions will become available and the longer the pipeline, the further ahead the prediction is. If a CPU gets an instruction prediction wrong, it has to retrace its steps and correct the incorrect prediction/s that it made. With Intel's CPU, the long pipeline leads to the CPU backtracking a lot more than AMD's CPU, and that time spent backtracking means AMD's CPU can get up to twice as much done in the same time. Well, in you understood that then you should understand that this AMD Athlon 64 3500+ CPU is a rather fast CPU by AMD. ...This review is about the Motorola V525. I have this phone now and I believe it is a good phone. It looks like quite a nice phone and if you thought that, you were right! When you hold it in your hand it feels quite comfortable and doesn't irritate you anywhere. It's quite durable it gets thrown around a lot with mine and it has never broken or frozen or anything. Even if it does get frozen you can just flip the phone back down and then lift it back up to get back to the main screen. The reception on this phone I find is very good as every time I have been on the phone it's never cut i and out or anything and I can understand every word the other person is saying to me. You're reception is sometimes bad though when your caller has got a bad signal so it doesn't sound very good for you. The battery standby time is not very... Read review

...I have recently purchased the Nokia 3500 Classic (in pink) and thought I'd give you my first thoughts and feelings on the phone. Hopefully I wont have to change my opinions as the phone gets older! The 3500 is a well made phone, and reminds me slightly of the iPhone in appearance (but at a fraction of the cost!) I bought mine from Carphone Warehouse for £69.99, although I did have to purchase £10 credit. The features the 3500 boasts include Bluetooth, MP3 player, Video recorder, PTT (push to talk - like a walkie talkie) and 2MP camera. The quality of the camera is not quite as clear as previous Sony Ericssons I've had - but it does the job when you're on the go. The simple layout of the 3500 is very simple to use and understand - which I think is common with Nokias. The screen resolution is quite low compared to other phones... Read review

...The Coolpix 3500 has the same body as the 2500, which is a good and bad thing. In creating these cameras, Nikon took the famous rotating lens of the Coolpix 900 series and put it "inside" the body of the 3500. You get the flexibility of the Coolpix 900 series' rotating lens in a smaller camera, though it's a lot clumsier to operate. One thing that really bothers me about the design is that rotating the lens is harder than it should be. Rather than using a knob on the side of the camera, you just mash your hands in there and turn it. It's clumsy for sure, but what usually happens is that you get fingerprints all over the lens. I hope the next iteration of this camera will implement this a bit better. So why would you want a rotating lens? My favorite reason is one that's happened to me in real life many times. ...I had a V8 Rover SD1 years ago whilst at college. Bought very second hand this was the biggest mistake I've ever made in a car. From the outset it was very unreliable, every time I took it out something seemed to go wrong with it. Fuel consumption averaged about 18mpg and boy did it rust well. These cars were launched in 1976/77 as an executive car, powerful and well specified they looked like a real match for the BMW 5 series. However reliability and quality problems soon cast a shadow over this car. It suffered the same fate as so many other Austin Rover models, mediocre quality and poor brand image led to falling sales and very low resale values. This led to the downfall of this car. The 2.2 MegaPixel image chip gives 12 pictures of 1800x1200 or 48 in 900x600 using the onboard memory of 8 Megs. The 1.8 in (45.7mm) LCD screen gives a clear if small picture. The camera has a USB port, Video out NTSC/PAL, Memory card slots and a slot in its base for the Camera Dock. All the ports/slots are protected by there very neat covers. Advantages: Robust, powerful, functionally superior to the competition. All you could ask for from a tablet pc.
