Advantages: Dont break a sweat, can be used for all ages, quiet, lose inches!
Disadvantages: Cant drink a coffee while your on it!

After visiting an old friend who suffers from severe problems with his circulation this machine is all my dad could talk about. A Crazy Fit Review

Advantages: Really Good Machine all round
Disadvantages: None that i know of

...I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. (I hope that helped!) Even just standing on the Crazy Fit Massage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! Advantages: An innovative way to exercise, good fun for a party adults or children, tracks your weightloss

...I have had Wii Fit for over a year now. It brings a new way to exercise - whilst playing games. This product is a really fun way to get fit, without the feeling your doing exercise at the time. You can change activities so often, that when one excercise is too hard or you cant get the hang of it - you just try something else. Most of the games and excercises are only a few minutes each so you dont have time to get bored or notice how much you have done until you look at the timer. You can monitor you progress losing weight & set yourself realsistic goals to achieve your ideal weight. There something for everyone no matter what age you are! Really pleased I got one, and now there are more games being released there will always be something new to try....

...I bought Wii Fit last year and have now used it for over 400 hours so I guess you could say I have had my money's worth out of it. I do like it but it has its shortcomings not least of which is the fact that it takes a long time to work through a routine so I was pleased when I heard that Nintendo were bringing out a new versions and I wanted to see what that offered. Wii Fit Plus is intended to overcome some of the shortcomings and to allow you to plan a whole routine rather than do it piecemeal and have to wait between exercises. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit.
