...I brought this product for my son when he was 2 has you may guess it sat in a cupboard till he was 3. When I brought it I did not realise it was battery powered and I found it drained the battery very quickly it was turning into a very expensive toy, but then I found out you could buy the adapter but I could not find one anywhere so what I did was buy a multi adapter charger from Argos which was cheaper than the original charger for the v- smile the game that came with the computer was pooh bear, this game was very good it was easy to control and it teaches the child the alphabet, colours, counting, vocabulary, phonics, shapes and numbers so it covers a wide range. ...Well we all know V-Tech is highly recommended for helping children to learn while having fun so I expected this laptop to be very educational and was slightly worried that my daughter would not be able to figure it out. When we got it I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how much she enjoyed it straight away. The lap top is of a decent size and even comes with its own little carry case, it is very strong and durable, my daughter has dropped her countless times and it still works a charm. The keyboard has 3 keys with pictures of body parts on, 3keys with faces on and 3 keys with things that make a noise on, rather simple just the 9 keys. The keys make different noises depending what setting you have it on, to change the setting you just adjust the side tap to the desired setting. There are 3 function settings all together... Advantages: Bright and attractive easy to play with.
Disadvantages: Songs are repetative after a while, Balls get lost easily

...bear, 2 lollypops, 3 balloons, 4 stars, 5 ice-creams. The piano keys speak one to five. There is also a carasol at the side which turns will a small handle my son got the knack of this quite quickly. And the star button in the middle repeats the last thing said there are also lights which flash in time to speech or music. Overall this is a fantastic toy and one of my sons favorites packed with functions you would expect from v-tech. I payed £23.99 for mine from argos at the start of the year, But have since seen it in woolworths a few days ago for £14.99 you can purchase this from most good toy retailers but woolworths is the cheapest i have seen. So if you don't mind a bit of noise add it to babys wish list my son would'nt be without it.... Read review

...Well, I have to give it Capcom this time; they really pulled a rabit out of their hats with Tech Romancer. I am used to Capcom rehashing titles and the new ones that they do come up with sporting the Street Fighter engine. They must of went back to the drawing board with Tech Romancer. The two are nothing alike with the exception of the power meter used for finishing moves in the game, but well get to that later. The gameplay is fun and easy to get into. Not too fast -(like Virtual On)- not too slow. Just right for huge Godzilla sized mechs. There are no complex directional pad movements to perform before pressing a button. Now it is mostly composed of one and two at a time button mashes to pull off moves. There are a couple of moves, like using an aquired item, that requires you to press three buttons simataniously. ...The Compaq V55 is an ideal monitor; it was an important part of our receptionists life for a good 5 years but after recently replacing it with a TFT, I decided it was only fair we rewarded it by giving it a good write up on ciao. --------- PRICE --------- It was back in 1997, in which our comapany first purchased this monitor. We had a dell base unit which was perfect for the general office work of the receptionist; now all we needed was a nice monitor to go with it. At £129.99 it was not badly priced at all, in fact its probably worth that today. It seemed a bargain; despite it being compaqs lowest in their range, it would be all that was needed for the day to day chores of our receptionist. The prices of these monitors will have come down considerably since then, brand new your probably looking at under £60, a bargain... Read review

...to keep changing if your child uses the games a lot. However you can buy a AC adapter to run off the mains, at an extra price, these can be bought from V tech or a normal adapter from Maplins or PC world does the same job. This consol is very adaptable as there are a number of games from each age range. My son loves the Toy story games & backyardigans. The games range up to 9 year old which are a lot more eductaional for extra learning. There are also extra attachments you can buy such as extra controls for 2 player games, a art board and also a keyboard for when you little one becomes more advanced. So far even though the price is around £40 - £50 for the consol and games are roughly £10 - £15 it is value for money and also a way to keep educate without them knowing!!... Read review

...I am a self-confessed Foundation addict; I know wearing foundation everyday is most likely unhealthy for my skin, but I can't go out of the house without wearing it. I have uneven facial skin tone as I have freckles and really rosy cheeks, so Foundation is a must for me. For reference I am NW15-NW20 though when I first purchased Studio Tech, I got it in the darker shade of NW25 as it was nearly Summer and I knew I'd be tanned anyway so didn't need to worry about a darker foundation. The shade was really nice, though I'd probably not be able to wear it usually unless of course my face was tanned, as previously stated. This is what I noticed over the few weeks that I wore it: ~ it tends to darken slightly during the day when exposed to (extreme-ish) heat.....don't know if that was just me seeing things? ~ works much better...
