Samsung V200 Welcome to my world
Review of Samsung V200 by
atlantis140
Advantages: Integrated Rotating Camera, level 40 Polyphonic ringtones.
Disadvantages: Not as nice looking as the T100.
...The Samsung SGH-V200, Welcome to my world!
Having been one of the 1st people in the country to get my hands on a Samsung SGH-T100 a year ago it made me very excited and interested in a different brand of mobile phones and that phone, served me fantastically. The Korean based giant, have made me feel the same as I did then when I purchased their SGH-V200 a few days ago.
Samsung have definitely succeeded again and this phone is sure to be a best seller.
It was that time of year when it becomes time to upgrade and you are often mesmerised by the various deals and handsets on offer. I had already decided to stick with T-Mobile as they provide excellent service and I have a good phone number. I was offered a competitive price similar to a new connection and could pick any phone from their range. Three phones stuck out...

The Samsung SGH-V200
Review of Samsung V200 by
Gaspanic
Advantages: Brilliant Screen
Disadvantages: Antenna spoils the look
...Having had my SGH-V200 for quite some time now i feel it's a long enough period to give it a decent review. I have mine on contract from O2 which cost me around £130, not bad i guess considering it costs £380 or there abouts in high street shops.
Looks.
Not the best looking of phones around compared to other flip tops, looks rather chunky and brick-esque but that can be forgiven, aslong as you aren't vain. On the front it has a small LCD screen conviently displays the time and date on the front. The phone itself is made out of quality plastic, not like the cheap stuff you usually get on other flip top phones. The antenna itself juts out a bit and does spoil the look of the phone a bit but you can easily buy a "stubby" antenna from most places, including ebay.
Screen
In my opinion the V200 has the best screen on the market (well...

The V200 - sound quality not indestructibility
Review of Creative MuVo V200 512 MB by
midwintertears
Advantages: Versatility, sound quality, ease of song transfer
Disadvantages: Ticky-tacky, low quality make
...The Creative Muvo V200 is a budget, compact solution for those on-the-move. The built-in flash memory stick fits into the USB port on your computer, with WindowsXP it is recognised immediately; transfer of songs onto the drive could not be easier - just use drag-and-drop as you would when copying files from one drive onto another. The USB connector is very 'floppy' so extra care has to be taken not to damage the stick. The flash memory can also be used to store any type of data really: images, word-processed documents, videos etc - they just won't be played since the player recognises MP3s and WMAs only.
The player is configurable, it has an enormous amount of options such as the choice of equalizer presets, LCD screen orientation, playlist management etc. Sound quality is just great. Of course, it cannot be compared to a compact disc...

Samsung V200 - The Brilliance and the Flaws
Review of Samsung V200 by
Curtis_Australia
Advantages: Easyness to glide through functions
Disadvantages: Text Messaging
...Hello all, first review :O)
I've recently purchased a Samsung v200 from the Telstra Shop. Like many out there, I was very hesitant parting from the well known Nokia and voyaging into the unknowness of new mobiles. I had a pick of many phones and functions, but none suited my taste. Camera, no WAP. Pc cable, no colour. None of the phones suited me, until I side-stepped along the row to the V200. Wow! Did it look sleek! I opened it and it looked dead inside. I asked the operator for a working model (he was not pleased, I'm 14). He regardlessy handed it over and I laughed at the opening sound. Picture quality and sound were amazing! Never had I seen this in a phone.
I glided through the functions with ease, thankful that it was quite similar to Nokia's menu station. I played around with functions and was overall pleased. To the clerk...

Samsung V200
Review of Samsung V200 by
ktb20
Advantages: Large memory, sleek design, 180degree camera, colour screen
Disadvantages: cannot add words to T9 dictionary
...After being converted to the samsung phones a couple of years ago when I bought the A300 I decided to stick with Samsung and purchase this phone when the time came to switch phones. So recently after having my A300 for two years I decided for a change and thought it was about time I upgraded to a more modern phone. Originally I had liked the look of the T100 but thought I should really get the V200 because of the camera as thats the way phones are going. So anyway I knew I wanted the phone and that I wanted to stick to O2 so began searching around for a good deal and finally settled on Leisure Time Plus from O2 online where the phone would cost me £129.99 and £20 per month.
Anyway after waiting a couple of weeks for my phone to arrive due to it being out of stock down to a huge demand I guess as this seems to be one of the phones...
