...Being a family man and having interests that include outdoor as well as indoor activities means the variety of photographs I take is wide. The V700 was made just for that. It's compact yet packed full of features and quality to keep even the more experienced photographer happy. The picture quality is excellent and the ability to shoot videos although not the greatest resolution, is still a bonus. The V700 is so easy to use and has produced some fantastic pictures for myself, colleagues and family. It's easy to share memory card allows superb pictures to be printed with ease and the battery life is also quite modest. All in all, this is the best digital camera I have ever used.... Read review

...Well let's start with the good eh? Nice design... many mega pixels... cheap and.... well that's pretty much all I can say about that... This camera is slow when it comes to shooting and image processing; it only provides mediocre image quality and only has merely average low-light performance. This isn't what I was expecting when I came home with my new camera from curries... not at all... The V700's pictures lack uniform sharpness and are plagued by fringing and blooming, as well as distortion, which makes straight lines look curved. The zoom is atrocious, often not focusing after changing the view and blurring all my pictures. Twice I have taken this back to curry's, twice it has been change and twice it has been sent back to Samsung, and 4 times I have found the same problems and lack of quality... The lack of speed... ...This is a top of the range flatbed scanner designed for professional photographers and designers who need only the best quality. I bought this product after my V700 Broke down. I saw little or no difference with this and its predocessor. The Differences between the two are very subtle and are as follows :- The Epson V700 Photo scanner was trageted at the high end consumer. Whereas the V750 is targeted for the more professional user. The V750 has an Anti-Reflection Optical Coating as well as CCD Glass to help reduce the ammount of reflection. These are Features that Only a professional would look for when buying this type of product and are not all needed for you casual high end consumer in my opinion. ...and videos in great quality. The light (Flash) is great too. Its bright so if you find yourself in a dark place, You can at least see where you are going. The one thing I dont really like is the external softkey that takes you to the camera. In the pocket when you run etc, it gets hit around off your leg or pocket items. You can take the phone out with pictures of keys on it. That key was a mistake to be put on the phone. I recall somone saying you can only get a 256 MB memory card.
