Motorola V8- RAZR fans will love it!
Review of Motorola MOTORAZR2 V8 by
sportser123
Advantages: Reception, User friendly, Photo quality
Disadvantages: USB Port, Phone games
...with some of my old phones was reception. However since I've had the V8 I have always found it has a great signal.
6. Easy to use Voice Dialing. The phone has great voice recognition and I have no complaints.
7. The sidebars on the V8 are fully customizable and can be changed to suit the user.
THE PHONES CAMERA
Is efficient and easy to use. The picture quality with the V8 is superb especially when viewed on the phones large screen. All photos can also be modified on the phone to rotate/crop/resize or even add sounds. A slideshow option can also be used. The style of the photos can also be changed into Black&White, Antique, Negative…e.t.c
The video camera gives steady playback with great sound quality. These videos will play even better once on your computer.
BATTERY
The phone comes with a battery saving option which is great, but I...

Why NOT to buy a Disco 4.0 V8
Review of Land Rover Discovery 4.0 V8 by
pinkporkypig
Advantages: Practical, comfortable, easy drive. Looks that do not seem to have aged
Disadvantages: Thirsty, Expensive to service, Poor brakes, sadly unreliable and terrible after-sales service
...Approximately 4 years ago, my ageing father after much deliberation decided he wanted a 4 wheel drive. He had said for months that they needed a suitable vehicle for going on their days out on the Moors of North Yorkshire and the Holidays to remote parts of Britain with their 2 dogs. So off we went to the local Landrover dealer In Pickering. and were promptly sold a Landrover 4.0 V8 GS model with 5500 miles on the clock, all very clean and well presented and still with 2 years manufacturers Warranty on it. We thought this was wonderful and all was well for approximately 12 months.
Then it went for its annual service with the main dealer where we bought it from having covered around 4000 miles and this was the beginning of the problems which were never cured.
Somehow they managed to upset the engine management system and the vehicle...

Last of the big V8's
Review of Rover 3.5 V8 by
johnt
Advantages: powerfull,parts easily available
Disadvantages: poor reliability and fuel consumption
...I had a V8 Rover SD1 years ago whilst at college. Bought very second hand this was the biggest mistake I've ever made in a car.
From the outset it was very unreliable, every time I took it out something seemed to go wrong with it. Fuel consumption averaged about 18mpg and boy did it rust well.
These cars were launched in 1976/77 as an executive car, powerful and well specified they looked like a real match for the BMW 5 series. However reliability and quality problems soon cast a shadow over this car. It suffered the same fate as so many other Austin Rover models, mediocre quality and poor brand image led to falling sales and very low resale values.
This led to the downfall of this car. It was hardly fit to cary the Rover badge that had graced it's predesessors the P6 and 3500TC, these were quality executive cars that had...

V8 Motorola to buy or not to buy
Review of Motorola RAZR2 V8 by
katiespendspendspend
Advantages: Sexy looking with Interactive Screen
Disadvantages: Camara
...I hav had this phone twice as the first one was broken very easily and the second one is still with me at the moment. The V8 is very stylish and sexy and i find this phone has some really great features such as the interactive front screen, You can read your messages and quick reply without opening the phone, Play Music and switch between songs, But find that the Music player can be somewhat annoying and switch itself on if the phone is nocked. I find that the sound quality is good. I find that the battery life is terrible and has to be charged daily, there isn't alot of memory to store music and photos and no slot for a memory card. The camara is terrible quality. Overall i feel that the phone doesn't live up to the buzz and personaly i would not recommend this phone.
I hope that you find my comments usefull...

Motorola RAZR2 V8
Review of Motorola RAZR2 V8 by
edwardhartley1
Advantages: Attractive design, Durable, Reception quality high.
Disadvantages: Poor battery life, Slow when used, Memory too small.
...With it's sleek and sensual design, it's no wonder I was enticed into buying the Motorola RAZR2 V8. It's a very trendy, aesthetically pleasing mobile, however, if one looks past the air of sophistication that it seems to give off, the RAZR's shortcomings become evident.
While using the RAZR, I found myself becoming frustrated. The various functions of the phone seem sluggish compared to other, chunkier, more heavy-duty mobiles out on the market. One will constantly find oneself pressing wrong buttons, or pressing buttons twice due to the fiddliness of the keypad. This can making using text messages an absolute chore.
When I attempted to use my RAZR as a music player, as reccomended in the phone's advertising campaig, I found that the music files simply slowed the phone down more. The RAZR doesn't have sufficient memory to act...

Rich, creamy espresso
Review of Krups F88042 Espresso/Cappuccino Maker by
Jaycey
Advantages: Cheap, easy to use, compact
Disadvantages: No automatic pump stop
...I'd been thinking about getting an espresso machine when I saw the Krups Espresso Vivo on offer in Tesco last week, reduced from £79 to £69. You can pay anything up to £400 for 'the full monty' of coffee makers, so I thought it looked pretty good value.
It is a neat, compact, easy-to-use espresso and cappuccino maker, predominantly in matte black plastic. It has a large, removeable water tank which is easy to fill either at the tap or on the machine itself using, say, a Brita jug. There are two switches on the top, one which turns the machine on to heat the water, and one which starts the espresso pump. There are two lights, a red one to indicate it is switched on, and a yellow one which goes out when the water gets up to temperature.
It has a 15 bar pump pressure, which helps give a richer taste and a creamy 'head' on the espresso...

Motorola v8 - sexy phone
Review of Motorola RAZR2 V8 by
pixie11
Advantages: good looking, good photo quality, easy to use
Disadvantages: charger connection a bit loose, buttons sometimes have to be pushed down hard
...Looks wise this is an excellent phone, it is also easy to use and similar to the samsung layout.
Downsides:
Sometimes buttons have to be pushed quite hard to make them work, a bit annoying when you're trying to write a quick text.
The charger connection is a little bit loose, only noticeable when your making a call when its charging as every time the connection slips the phone beeps, bit offputting.
Easily broken - i dropped mine face down on a stone floor and the front screen smashed, but would happen with most phones i expect.
Battery lasts only about 3 days, i've had phones with longer standby time.
Front screen easily scratched, i would reccommend keeping it in a protective case so it keeps looking good for longer.
Good points:
Looks sexy
Good photo quality
Good usability
V clear reception...
