...Hello everyone, I haven't been around for a while and I don't have much time to write but I thought it would be a good idea for me to introduce this wonderful French singer to you. I guess you mostly know her as Johnny Depp's girlfriend and mother of this children, but she is very much more than that, she's a real artist. ...You may know Vanessa Hudgens from the popular American movie 'High School Musical'. Vanessa plays the lead female in this film, and she has since gone solo and launched her own music career. After watching High School Musical I decided to buy Vanessa's debut album. She has been compared to other artists such as Hilary Duff, but to be honest I think she is much better and is much more diverse. Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.

Admittedly it was a slightly selfish purchase as we both live at home and wanted to watch DVDs on the big new TV ourselves! We bought the player from the electrical retailer Comet for about £100 just before Christmas so there were no discounts applied. On Christmas day when opened we found a relatively small box tightly packed with the player in polystyrene packaging. ...When I first heard the song "thousand miles", it was on the radio, I heard only the song, with no introductions. I was amazed. Rarely have I heard such an ability to combine good music, with modern music. I felt enriched having listened to the lyrics, and was amazed by the piano - which at the time, I assumed to be synthesised or played by a pianist. It was not until I found out that Vanessa Carlton wrote, sang and performed all the lyrics and music, that I fell totally in love with the music. If I could recommend an album to anyone this year, this would be it. It is modern enough to meet the requirements of younger audiences, and elder, music fans will be enthralled by the complexity of the music and lyrics. A great album from V Hudgens

Advantages: 14 out of 14 great tracks

...This is Vanessa Hudgen's first album Named V after her nickname Baby V.She also stars in the High school Musical movie's one to three as Gabriella.She sounds totally different from the songs she sings in High school musical she has less of an American ascent and sounds more like Hilary Duff who is also from the same record company as her which is Hollywood records.It really is a great album and would rate it number two along with Delta Goodrem in my favourite albums.There are 14 tracks on the album and everyone of them is as good as each other so far there has not been a single song I have not liked.She has only released to singles from the album some back to me and Say okay.Chart wise her album has not done well and has not entered the top 40 which is a shame because it really is a great album.None of the songs are written by her...

Who is Vanessa Feltz?

Now call me tight (no that wasn?t an invite), but I like bargains and freebies and am not ashamed to say so. My quest took me to enough sites to hire DVDs for about four months so far (with plenty to come too). My latest free DVD site also happens to be the best I have tried for several reasons (see rest of op); the site in question is Blockbuster.co.uk. Other sites that I have had free rentals from and then cancelled have all been similar, two weeks free trial with two DVD?s per time ? which in effect gives you about four free DVD?s.
