...This year while out christmas shopping, I came across Cadbury's Variety. I always like to buy my grandchildren some chocolate at christmas after all lets face it, thats just what they want to open on the day. I usually get them a selection box, but saw these in Safeways and decided to buy them. Variety comes in a tube which is light purpley blue, like all Cadbury chocolate bars. On the front of the tube are the words Cadbury's Variety, written in white letters and there's pictures of Caramel, Wispa, Dairy Milk and Crunchie's on the front. When you open the tube you are presented with four miniture bars of each of the chocolates I have just mentioned. The tubes of Variety cost me 5.00 for a buy two offer. They're G-G-G-Great!

Advantages: delicious, filling, interesting texture
Disadvantages: Can go a bit soggy, sugary

...Variety packs are wonderful things; so much choice and selection! Normally, I try to stay clear of sugary cereals, as they can make me feel quite sick, especially in the morning. Although, the other day, I browsed the top of the cupboard to seek out my cereal, and got the strangest urge for a sweet breakfast. Fortunately, there were a few sugary options, and found myself reaching for the little box of Kellogg's Frosties! The little cardboard box looks pretty identical to the larger box of Frosties; a deep blue shade with a picture of the iconic Tony the Tiger positioned on the front, just underneath the frosty white lettering which spells out 'Frosties'. In his hand, he is holding a bowl of the breakfast cereal, which looks incredibly golden and delicious! The nutritional information per pack is also clearly stated on the front too...

OH FUDGE, I FEEL LIKE A CHOMP.

Fizzy memories

Advantages: Great old fashioned sweets

...Opening the brightly coloured bag of Swizzles Bumber variety I immediately got a nasal injection of all the delightful smells from my youth. The bag contained lots and lots of my favourites and a few I liked but was much less partial too. Apart from the sweet smell the colours were amazing, but it was the taste that would be the true test. My first choice for this purpose was the small packets of Swizzlers, multi-coloured little sweets less than half an inch in diameter and as fizzy and fruity as i remembered. There were 11 packets of thses in the packet and still lots more to delve into. I was leaving probably the most famous Swizzle sweet until last, the Parma Violet until I succumbed to the sweet prfumed fragrance which drew me toward them. Yep they were definately the same as the good old days sickly then and even more so now...

Supermeat for super dogs!

I usually mix the food with a little mixer type biscuit, as my dog gets on well with foods with a little crunch to them. I believe that dogs actually do not really care about variety, it is we humans who feel that we should give them a different flavoured meal daily, just as we would prepare differing meals for ourselves. My dog cleans his bowl every mealtime so I cannot claim that this is his favourite or he enjoys it more than XYZ brand! What I have noticed however, is that after eating this particular food he is less 'windy' and he seems to digest it well, no rear end problems at all....Oh dear the info we share on this site!
