Great lotion - Vaseline Intensive Care

Advantages: Runs in well, keeps skin soft
Disadvantages: None

...I have been using this lotion for years and have tried a few others, but I always keep coming back to this one. It's really great at keeping skin nice and soft, rubs in well and smells OK too. It's not the cheapest around but it's from far being the most expensive. I have quite sensitive skin, sometimes suffering from exzema and it has never irritated my skin, as some other lotions have. You can get the smaller bottles or the bigger ones, you can get the more intensive version or one with aloe vera. I've tried them all and they are all good. It's a nice thick lotion, but not greasy and it's doesn't take forever to rub in. The only downside is that whilst it smells fine, it doesn't have a great smell. It's available on most places, Boots, supermarkets etc. Defintely recommended, especially for sensitive skin....

(Vaseline Intensive) Care to try this?

Advantages: Fresh smell, lasts ages, doesn't irritate, reasonably priced

...Well, where do I start? I work in an environment where I can get a bit hot around the collar to put it mildly so I needed a deoderant that will keep me smelling nice and fresh as well as having an anti-perspirant added. Vaseline Intensive Care For Men is ideal. I must admit that this is the first anti-perspirant that I have used. My girlfriend wears the women's Vaseline range and she recommended it to me. Before I used this I just wore body spray as I didn't like the white marks you get with some anti-perspirant sprays. Although there is some talc that may be transferred to clothing (normally because I tie my shoe laces before I've put a shirt on, thus transferring it onto my knees) it won't stain your clothes and a light brush is all it takes to remove. Because there is so little talc in the product it won't make your underarm hair...

...As a nurse I continually have my hands in water and also have to wear latex gloves, as a result my hands became very dry and sore. I tried all sorts of creams and lotions to no avail. I had heard of Vaseline products but had thought them to be old fashioned and not of much value until I received a free sample from a sales rep. The first thing that struck me was the fragrance, hard to describe but i think it is a bit of a fruit mixture. It is non-greasy therefore things don't slip out of your hands ( a good advantage when administering injections) and it is absorbed really quickly. Within a couple of days I found that my hands had completely healed up and where much softer and smoother. 'Hand & Nail Everyday Care Lotion'

Advantages: great fresh scent, moisturises, nourishes, softens, smoothens hands and strengthens nails
Disadvantages: Larger packs are more expensive but product does the job

...I like to carry a lotion or hand moisturiser in my hand bag to use on my hands when I am on the move or at work especially when I wash my hands after using the bathroom or if I notice my hands have gone dry after a few hours of typing away at my keyboard:) I use my hands a lot while working at the PC at the job so I like to have them moisturised and looked after though I suppose I'd do the same if I did not use them a lot at work; when I am home I like to take good care of them e.g. when I had to hand-wash my dishes before I had a dishwasher that allowed me the little plus of having no chipped nails for at least a couple of weeks or more... ...I started using Vaseline intensive care hand and nail a while ago because I had a hard time keeping my cuticles in good check. I use a hand cream every day to keep my hands and cuticles soft but hand cream is no good for softening your cuticles sufficiently so you can push them back and remove its ghost, you need a cuticle remover for this. I tried Vaseline intensive care hand and nail because it specifically said it softness hands and cuticles and I was pleasantly surprised that it actually done just that. Now whenever I need to push my cuticles back I use Vaseline intensive care hand and nail on the tips of all my fingers and then rub it in and use an orange stick to push the cuticle back and remove the ghost of the cuticle (the pterygium). The cream as well as softening your hands and cuticles strengthens your nails too...
