Great lotion - Vaseline Intensive Care

Advantages: Runs in well, keeps skin soft
Disadvantages: None

...I have been using this lotion for years and have tried a few others, but I always keep coming back to this one. It's really great at keeping skin nice and soft, rubs in well and smells OK too. It's not the cheapest around but it's from far being the most expensive. I have quite sensitive skin, sometimes suffering from exzema and it has never irritated my skin, as some other lotions have. You can get the smaller bottles or the bigger ones, you can get the more intensive version or one with aloe vera. I've tried them all and they are all good. It's a nice thick lotion, but not greasy and it's doesn't take forever to rub in. The only downside is that whilst it smells fine, it doesn't have a great smell. It's available on most places, Boots, supermarkets etc. Defintely recommended, especially for sensitive skin....

Vaseline Intensive Care DermaCare

Advantages: Easily absorbed! Noticeable results in days.
Disadvantages: After a few hours your skin can sometimes feel a little sticky.

...This is fabulous!!! I suffer with dry skin generally on my legs, a bit on my arms and on my nose (of all places!). I noticed a difference immediately especially on my nose. I always now use it after a shower because its absorbed immediately and its unperfumed so its great for sensitive skin and sometimes ive noticed that some moisturisers have a great smell then they go very quickly. I now use the cream on my face every night without fail and for the past few months I havent had dry skin whatsoever which has been great as there is nothing worse then putting make up on!! It isnt oily and is easily absorbed and fragrant free. My skin certainly feels healthier and looks it too! and leaves everything feeling very smooth!...

(Vaseline Intensive) Care to try this?

Advantages: Fresh smell, lasts ages, doesn't irritate, reasonably priced

...Well, where do I start? I work in an environment where I can get a bit hot around the collar to put it mildly so I needed a deoderant that will keep me smelling nice and fresh as well as having an anti-perspirant added. Vaseline Intensive Care For Men is ideal. I must admit that this is the first anti-perspirant that I have used. My girlfriend wears the women's Vaseline range and she recommended it to me. Before I used this I just wore body spray as I didn't like the white marks you get with some anti-perspirant sprays. Although there is some talc that may be transferred to clothing (normally because I tie my shoe laces before I've put a shirt on, thus transferring it onto my knees) it won't stain your clothes and a light brush is all it takes to remove. ...As a nurse I continually have my hands in water and also have to wear latex gloves, as a result my hands became very dry and sore. I tried all sorts of creams and lotions to no avail. I had heard of Vaseline products but had thought them to be old fashioned and not of much value until I received a free sample from a sales rep. The first thing that struck me was the fragrance, hard to describe but i think it is a bit of a fruit mixture. It is non-greasy therefore things don't slip out of your hands ( a good advantage when administering injections) and it is absorbed really quickly. ...I have used lots of vaseline products over the years and particularly love their body lotions. However, none of them were doing a very good job on the super dry skin on my legs and tops of arms which is also very sensitive. This body lotion was reccomended to me by a friend who suffers from mild excema. Its not a thick gloopy moisturiser like you might expect from such an intensly moisturiseing product. I was surprised by the light texture and how quickly it sank into my skin. It is fragrance free so didnt irritate my sensitive skin or overpower my perfume as some moisturisers do.
