Advantages: Good MPG, Easy to work on, comfortable.
Disadvantages: Not quick.

...Have recently purchased a Vespa PX200E (2002) after promising myself one for years. The first thing I have been struck with is how easy they are to work on yourself ( I have little scooter know how) with just a manual as a guide. Managed to fit a new exhaust with little problem and most parts are accesible. The downsides so far have been pulling a wheelie in the busy streets of london while...

Review of Vespa PX 200

It's a Classic!

Advantages: It's almost like the God of Scooters
Disadvantages: Not good in bad weather.

...There's something oh so irresistible about Vespas. If it's either its Retro design, or the nostalgia factor from having one when you were a teen, the Vespa is a classic. And we love it. I got my Vespa PX last year after a 12 year love affair with them, admittedly not knowing anything about them bar they were cosmetically pretty, I had a mild panic attack when having to face its gears...

Review of Vespa PX 125

Vespa GT200

Advantages: Comfortable, really good looking and really reliable.
Disadvantages: The Vespa is pretty heavy apart from that its an all round great scooter.

...really well round town or just cruising up the motorway. It easily keeps up with the traffic. But the Vespa is pretty hard to handle when being pushed as it is so heavy. The Vespa is heavy but you can not tell its weight when riding it. I would say it is one of the best looking modern scooters today. Vespa have brought some of the classic looks for the good old Vespa's i.e P200E, PX200, Rally and so...
