“VIA TV - Don't Buy!!!”

Too many to list here!

Following non-receipt of refund tried continually to contact Via TV and only after email was sent threatening Paypal / trading standards complaint was email received stating that they werent able to give me a refund as I had never paid for the goods! That's a new one! Sent back PayPal receipt along with transaction reports so wll see what happens next but am not confident of receiving a penny back...

None at all - promises of offers too good to be true!

No stock, No delivery, No communication - THE COMPANY!

...I would definately NOT recommend this company to ANYBODY! Products seem cheap to buy and very good offers but they are absolutely rubbish with communication (they send group emails out instead of personal ones). I have never found a more USELESS company than VIA TV. I ordered over 7 weeks ago and still not received my goods. I was told it wasn't in stock before ordering but have had a few...

Not much to do without a car

...If you want to bemuse a foreigner, send them to the bit of France from which I've just returned.
