You stand on it, hold the handles, choose the speed and it starts vibrating like crazy, hence pushing your body in incredibly rapid left-right motions. There are various brands and agencies that sell these vibrating plates and the speed will mainly depend on the brand. My machine goes up to 30, and trust me when I say that the first time I tried 30, I literally could sense my eyeballs move! I would recommend anyone to start slow and gradually build their way up, and of course, it would not hurt to consult a professional fitness coach before starting any workout! The agency that sold the machine to my sister claimed that 10 minutes on it was equal to one hour of gym but I sadly discovered that this was far from being true...

A Crazy Fit Review

Advantages: Really Good Machine all round

...I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. (I hope that helped!) Even just standing on the Crazy Fit Massage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! But one tip and this is important!! KEEP YOUR KNEES BENT SLIGHTLY WHEN USING THE MACHINE AS THE VIBRATIONS COULD GO TO YOUR BRAIN! so be careful guys and hope this review helped you....

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results

I now use this machine 3 times a week, varying my exercises. I feel much better for it, and noticed my body toning all over. The Machine The options on this machine are pretty basic, but then how much do you actually need to exercise? You have 6 buttons on the control panel. Two control the level of speed the plate vibrates, one starts the vibrating and one stops it. The other two are your timer and program functions. Advantages: Works your muscles harder whilst feeling quite relaxing and addictive.
Disadvantages: Your wobbly bits shake from head to toe and you sound like a robot!

...I have been using this machine for the past two weeks. I had previously used one at my local gym but the wait to get on the machine could be lengthy as it has proved so popular with people of all ages. The one I now have at home seems to be almost as powerful as the more expensive model in the gym and I can use it when I want. It has proved useful for getting more from exercises such as sit-ups and press-ups as the constant vibration really makes you use your core, concentrate on staying balanced and seemingly makes your muscles work harder. People I know who have used the machine for a few months believe their muscle tone to be improving! I have also found my recovery to be better after a long run if I use the machine whilst doing stretches. The reason I suggest using the machine in private is that many of the stretches...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...
