Advantages: Everything is an Advantage

...After being with virgin mobile since it first was set up in 1999 and still at this present day, I have had no problems with them at all. I first started with the Philips Savvy and then moved on to a Nokia 3310 cause I dropped water on the damn thing, but other than that I have had no problem with the operator itself.
The thing that drew me towards the idea of Virgin mobile was:
1) Cheap calls...

Advantages: good tarrifs, free voicemail
Disadvantages: none really
...I recently had an old phone i wanted to use, so I thought I'd buy a Sim card pack. The cheapest deal was Virgin Mobile, which cost only 10 pounds including 5 pounds free airtime. It was simple to use, with pay as you go, with no extra charges, line rental, contract, etc.
I'm happy with this service, although I have nothing to compare it to as I only arrived in the UK. There are many features...

Virgin Mobile... Not the best.
Advantages: Cheap if you use other Virgin services such as Landline and Internet, Customer Service
Disadvantages: SIGNAL!!, Does not work outside of UK, Hard to know remaining Credit
...I mostly call people to know where to get picked up or where to meet. (I don't like calling people on my mobile to talk about a load faff!). Even being very cautious with my phone use, the £10 just seemed to slip out of my hand.
It was in September and my Dad spotted an advert while surfing about a deal for a free Blackberry 8520 for £10 a month for 24 months if you are an existing Virgin...
