The iron is definately there in the tablets as it is doing a great job at clogging me up but that's all it seems to be doing. Although my skin has improved slightly while since I started taking these vitamins, my hair still comes out easily when I wash or brush it. I already eat a well balanced diet so I wasn't expecting miracles...

Very effective but use with caution if you have allergies/asthma.

Advantages: Very effective, a difference can be felt a few hours after.
Disadvantages: Not very nice tasting. Perhaps not compatible with many allergy sufferers.

But it is valued at £3.99 and for anyone looking for a little book to guide you tghrough viamins and minerals this book is worth far more than its retail price. Although the book is small and not very thick it includes a lot of valuable information and guidelines particulary in the area of Recommended Daily Intake. The first section goes into a brief introduction about nutrients and why our bodies need them.
