Setup --------- Setup is extremely easy for this camera; you first have to make sure you put in the batteries they include which are just cheap everyday value batteries inside the camera. You then have to make sure you have got the disc loaded onto the computer; the reason for this is because without the software loaded on it becomes really difficult to alter the pictures you take using this camera. Cheap Vivitar camera

...The 3930 is a great little camera for those people who do not require expert photos. The camera is 5.25 mega pixels and has a 3x optical zoom. The picture quality is great for the price but any movement from photographed object can result in a slight blur as the shutter speed is a bit slow. There is a sports mode on the camera to get moving objects but you can not use the flash at the same time. You can record 45 second movie clips with sound and play them back on the pc or your tv. The camera comes with a 32mb SD card which does not cater for many photos at the highest resolution but you can buy additional SD cards for the camera. The maximum SD memory card that the camera allows is 512mb which can store about 210 photos at the highest resolution. ...My old digital camera had served its purpose well, but being only a 3 Mega pixel was now somewhat out dated. So I was on the lookout for a cheap good camera. I had planned on getting at least 5 mega pixels because I do feel that is this techno age a 5 Mega pixel is the least you need. For those uneducated in the terminology let me simplify it for you. Basically the higher the mega pixel value of the camera the better quality of picture you will get. A 3 mega pixel will produce 3 million dots to get the picture whilst a 5 mega pixels will produce........................yep you got it 5 million dots in the same area therefore there will be far more detail. ...Usually i would buy a more expensive brand of higher quality such as a kodak or fujitsu or sony however, i have experience with vivitar cameras before and i knew that they were good for their money. So i decided to buy a 5 megapixel camera and didnt expect too much from them. However, these expectations were soon quashed as i was amazed at how good the camera actually was for the price. I paid £45 including P+P and from this price, the picture quality was fantastic, zoom was very good, ease of use was simple and user friendly,using the software which accompanied the camera was also simple to use and transfer files. If your looking for a good camera for a low price then this is the camera for you. It is great for quick snaps or even quality photography....

...This is an easy to use 5 mega pixel digital camera . It has a 4x digital zoom and a large (2.5") monitor. Although it does not have an optical veiw finder. It has six white balance settings (Auto, sunny, cloudy, tungdten bulb and two fluorescent settings) self timer (10, 15, 20 sec option) The camera can be connected to you PC or laptop via a USB (included) and can also be connected to your TV via the 'video in' soccets. ...I got given this by a friend who knew I needed a flash gun (but couldn't afford one) and he had one to spare. Unfortunately he didn't have the manual so working out how to use it was a bit of a guessing game. Positives: Very sturdy and durable. Flash direction can be adjusted up and down (from shooting directly towards the subject to straight up for bouncing light of the ceiling). There is a switch at the back to turn it on and a light which goes green once the flash is ready to fire. The power of the flash is adjustable - this is where you may have problems though if you don't have the manual as some of the power settings are denoted in colours which if you don't have the manual, you don't know what they represent.
