Even though this movie was first released in 2003 I didn?t watch it until two weeks ago! It was on the telly and I thought I?d give it a go and was stunned at how much I enjoyed it. The film has been around for years but It didn?t seem like my cup of tea. Upon watching it my view changed completely. I have since bought Kill Bill vol.1 & 2 on DVD.

Hellsing Vol. 1 - Vampires, Guns and British Accents
Advantages: A vampire with a big gun killiing other vampires... what isn't there to like?
Disadvantages: Only three epsiodes and few extras, English voice acting isn't great
...the person responsible for his character design is a fan of Trigun. Alucard, like Trigun?s hero Vash, sports a red coat, yellow shades and a long barrelled handgun. That is were the similarities end however. Vash is a pacifist whilst Alucard has no aversion to using violence. Anyway onto a more detailed look at the DVD?s contents?

Disadvantages: Some slight inconsistency in track mastering
