Philips SoundMachine AZ102N - The Soundmaster!

Advantages: Good quality chassis, good sound quality, does everything for the price, looks nice.
Disadvantages: Inbuilt handle could have been better, silver version better than white -preference.

...I needed something to listen to while I worked at home, in the garden and in the office and I needed it quick. Paying a quick visit to my local Bennets I picked up the AZ102N, a CD/Radio by Dutch manfacturers Philips. Because I wanted something cheap and cheerful that would be subject to a few knocks I picked up Bennet's own brand £19.99 stereo which had unfortunately sold out, this was the next cheapest thing but I am glad I picked a reputable brand because it fulfills all of my needs as a radio and CD player. It was very well packaged with a power cable, instruction manual and cardboard packaging (very environmentally conscious there). The picture for this review is silver, mine is light blue and white which does not help with dust or grime. I feel the silver version would have hidden day to day scratches and dust better. Sony Erricson W580i

Advantages: free 515mb memory card, extra options, "Shuffle" control and music & picture quality very good
Disadvantages: buttons crack and stop working for no reason at all!

...I owned this phone for just over a year I was on 02 network and I paid £139.99 for it. The mobile phone software is very good but the phone itself is very disappointing!!!!! First of all the Sony Ericsson W580i comes with a 512MB memory card and a 2.0 mega pixel camera. This obviously means that there is alot of space for pictures, music and video files. The picture quality is also brilliant too. The menu's are easily accessable and is practically the same as other Sony Ericsson mobile phones. EPSON Stylus SX515W - stylish, capable but not perfect

Advantages: Stylish, fast printing, quality output, good range of functions
Disadvantages: A bit noisy, poor manuals

Galaxy 102.. Is it for you?

...Popular radio station Galaxy 102 FM (Manchester) has to be one of my favourite stations I listen to... Why? The reason this is my favourite station is mostly because of the music they play. Now, If you're a big fan of Dance and R'n'B then you will love this station. I would say that the age range for most people who listen to Galaxy would be from about 14 - 25. I know that if I asked my friends which stations they favoured they would most likely say Galaxy than any other station. Sony W580i A flawed gem?

Advantages: Easy to use, great features in an affordable phone
Disadvantages: Poor quality keypad.

We got her the pink one which was exclusive to Orange shops, so it had to be on an Orange pay as you go, which caused some problems as they refused to offer the texts deal they were advertising at the time. W580i is totaly wicked!!!!

Advantages: Walkman, fitness application and slim and sexy!!!

...The W580i is total wicked I love this phone, I bought it when it first come out like a year ago!! I love my phone it's soooo slick, sexy and slim you can just chuck it in your bag and go and you can just pop it in a small purse on a night out or slip it in your back pocket!! It also looks great. And its not just about the way it looks, who needs an Ipod or MP3 player when you've got this phone you can store all your favorite tunes on here and listen to them wherever you go! Also check this out with Shake control, a song from your playlist is randomly chosen at the flick of your wrist, and it soooo easy to download and transfere all your tunes on to. W580i - Basicly the same as W910i for less!

I picked this up for about 100 quid, (w910i is about 200 quid) and was not expecting much because of the low price. However, having compared it with the W910i, this one does basicly exactly the same, but for half the price. Bargain! I also think that this one actually looks better, although it is perhaps more suited to a female as is not as wide as the w910i, and the buttons are very small even for my little fingers! My Sony Ericsson W580i

Advantages: Thin, Good Memory, Aesthetically pleasing, good value for money.
