.... Rash I hear you say, Maybe yes but only to stop the mind going into freefall and exploding. The Tick list in the mind went like this 1. Correct colour (white) 2. Decent speed (1400) 3. Price ok (£345) 4. Load ok (7kg) Blah to all the eco technicalities, if it for sale in this day and age it should be good for the environment so why pay extra for a GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN machine when it should or will be automatically anyway. The Machine I opted for Bosch WAE28467 at £345 a reasonable price with the retailer's delivery and removing the old machine it seemed ok. Although my theory may be a little blind for my own benefit this is a Green eco machine, when you open the manual. ...I have used the Bosch WAE28363GB washing machine at work to wash our pupils swimming wear, towels and sometimes their clothes if they have an "accident". I work in a special needs school and do have some soft fabrics in the classroom that I sometime wash too. We have only had this washing machine this term; I have used it a few times. Bosch isr reputedly a good make, I think this is one of the reasons why we got it as we need products that do not break, that will last a long time. I have found this macine easy to use . The Bosch WAE28363GB machine is a white colour. It has a spin speed of 1400rpm. This washing machine is a cold fill machine. Advantages: Good wash results, flexible programmes

The Waterless Washing Machine

Disadvantages: Doesn't remove soiling/stains, loud, 2 hour cycles

...Bosch WAE24162 The most useless washing machine I have ever used. It simply does not remove soiling or stains. Put a load in and some of the clothes come out dry unwashed. You can only put in 1/2 loads. I have had the Bosch engineers out twice to sort out the problem. The first one played with a laptop for ten minutes, turned the dials on and tried to diss the washing powder I use. He refused to open the machine up ,to check the workings then left. The second engineer told me to blame the Enviromentalists as they insist on water economy. He said the machine was working to factory specs, he admitted that the lack of water was a DESIGN FAULT. They have extended the cycle to almost 2 hours to compensate for the economy of water. I have taken washing that has gone through a full cycle and washed it in the sink with handwash...
