...After having my baby 6 weeks ago I have realised the importance of having some good quality breastpads - especially if you are breadtfeeding. I first bought disposable breastpads from boots which were reasonably cheap but I found that they scrunched up too easily and irritated my npples so I decided to use some washable ones. I first bought the Avent washable breast pads which I was satisfied with but I needed some more as you only get 3 pairs in a pack! I bought the Kushies washable breast pads - not becuase they were different or anything but just becuse I was placing an online order from one of the baby stuff .suppliers and these are the ones that were on sale here - so it was pure laziness that made me buy this particular brand! They are slightly bigger than the washable pads made by avent and are gently contoured to fit...

I bought these for my 2yr old Vicky as i was fed up scrapping crayon off my floors.Also as she leaned on her crayons too hard they all kept snapping.Crayolas big washable crayons are double wrapped and chunky so they dont break as easily when vicky uses them.As they are chunky they are easy for little hands to grip. The crayons come in packs of 8 and sixteen there are 16 colours in total,all the colours of the rainbow as well as black,brown etc as well.The crayons are non toxic which is good if your kids are like mine and like to try everything in there mouth. A cloth with a little soapy water on it is all it takes to remove it this has worked successfully on my pvc window ledge and door and wooden floor.It also came out of vicky jeans by putting a little spot of fairy liquid on it before washing them...

...you can do this naturally or place outside. Does clearly state do not place in the dryer. Ours has been washed many of times and still looks brand new. The eyes or nose have or show no signs of coming off yet. THE PRICE. We picked one up from Woolworths and paid around £18 for the one we have. Which is a great bargain. MY THOUGHTS. The best thing about the bear is that it can be easily washable and it's only a matter of placing it in the washing machine. They do dry quickly also. The downside is that they can only be used with the special washable pens though. With the bear we brought we only got 3 small pens. Though you can get replacement pens though for as little as a £1. You can literally draw on any part of the bear weather it be the face or the little skirt that ours has and everything comes off in the wash...

For anyone who has breastfed, there is nothing worse than getting caught short (especially when out and about) and finding that you have wet patches on your tops! So I purchased Avent Washable Breast Pads at Boots for £4.99 after reading good reviews about them, but unfortunately I found them disappointing. There are 6 washable breast pads and a laundry bag in the box. I decided to buy two boxes as I thought that one wasn't enough, but looking back I was too hasty in buying another box. The breast pads are quite big in size, so that they are suitable for various breast sizes. ...When I started breastfeeding I bought the Johnson & Johnson disposable pads. They were great, but at close to £3 for a 15 day (maximum) supply, were getting expensive. After doing some research on the net I discovered that washable pads were available. I bought a pack of 6 Avent pads at Boots for £4.99. They are made of a soft material with a waterproof backing & have a lacy side which aswell as looking a bit more feminine serves the purpose of 'gripping' the inside of your bra to make them more secure. They come with a small net in which to wash them so that they don't get lost among your laundry (vital if you don't want one whizzing out your sleeve in public when you take your freshly washed cardigan etc off!). I've been breastfeeding for 3 months now & there's no telling how much money I've saved. Since they are not tapered...

In New York in 1899 Edward Binney and his cousin C Harold Smith owned a factory that made shoe polish and printing ink. They produced slate pencils for schools. In 1902 they had developed a non toxic colourful crayon and crayola crayons were born. A box of 8 coloured crayons cost 1 nickel. I am sure a lot of you will have used crayola crayons. The washable crayons are very similar to the wax crayons I used as a child. I am not sure if they were washable then. If your child is over zealous in their crayoning and marks the table or the wall you can clean the crayon of by rubbing with a wet soapy cloth, this is usually successful and marks are removed. ...With my first son I used a different brand of washable nappies along with a laundry service but they were terrible and leaked all the time. I was in two minds about using them again with my second son, born this year, but I like the idea of them and care about the enviroment , which disposables are terrible for, so decided to give a different type ago. I settled on the motherease brand after some research on the internet and talking to friends and have found them to be extremly good. They are very absorbant, with no leakage so far! and dry very quickly once washed. The nappies themselves can be washed at 60 degrees and the wraps at 40 I believe.
