Crunch not munch to better abs

Advantages: Prevents neck strain, better form

...Abs :~ Strong abs are essential for preventing lower back injuries, posture and good core stability. Just because you cannot see a six pack does not mean you do not have strong abs. Unless you go on a low fat diet and lose lots of body fat and exercise most people will never achieve that wash board stomach. This is what frustrates lots of people when doing loads of crunches because it does not matter if you do thousands a week if you have a layer of body fat you still will not get that 6 pack. credit crunch?: A total waste of money

Advantages: It may give you the confidence to do the exercise
Disadvantages: Expensive gimmick, you don't need one to do the exercise intended

...I feel I'm being a bit negative today in my reviews of fitness equipment, but this is another needless piece of equipment that somehow has managed to find its way into every gym and home in Britain. Surely that means its doing its job well right? Well I fear its been marketed well as opposed to actually performing the task in hand as well as it says it does. Spaced: The gretest comedy in recent years

Advantages: hilarious, brilliantly written, superbly directed, surreal, cult comedy

Best thing since sliced bread

Advantages: Settles the most irritated skin
Disadvantages: Not the best looking

...This is the best thing since sliced bread. My skin is a little on the sensitive side-eating the wrong thing, weather being a little blustery, making the stupid mistake of using a different foundation-all give me nice blotches. I think I have the equivalent skin to a spoilt child-anything which slightly doesn't suit it leads to a full blown temper tantrum in a public space. But this is the answer. Might not look great on your dressing table, might not smell of roses, might be a little boring when you read all the tempting ads for the new pro-amino-vitaminz300-make you look 40yrs younger creams but this is the business. No nonsense, sorts you out in hours, proper stuff for those with a sensitive dermis! Go and buy some and see for yourself....
