Weight Watchers

Advantages: fun, easy, no banned foods
Disadvantages: none in my opinion

First time round I joined in Jan 2006, I had a baby in August 2005 and wanted to lose weight, I wasnt motivated and I didnt stick to the plan at all, half time I skipped meals and didnt eat somedays at all, but this time I am motivated and I have the support of my partner who is also a member. In order for this to work for you, you have to be strict and totally honest with yourself, otherwise, the weight you lose wont stay off and more than likely you'll end up putting more on that you had to start with. Weight Watchers - Eat chocolate AND loose weight? Surely not

Advantages: easy to use website, easy to do plan, affective
Disadvantages: the online plan is rather expensive

...I haven't been doing Weight Watchers long, but I have already realised this is the plan for me! I joined online to do the 2 week Free-Trial they are offering at the moment. First they ask you a series of questions about your age/sex/height/weight etc, and based on your BMI you are given a POINTS ® allowance. You then need to track all the food you eat and it's POINTS ® value using the handy online system! It's all really easy to use, and every single food item I typed in was already loaded, so it calculates it all for you. If something is not on the list you can manually add it by just adding the calories & saturated fat content too. The website is fabulous and has loads and loads of recipe ideas, tips and tricks. ...I'm always looking for alternative choices for snacks instead of full fat and high calorie ones and am quite a fan of the weight watcher range. I've tried quite a few of their products from their meals to their sweet and savory snacks. These tortilla nacho crisps are a new product from weight watchers and I was pleasantly surprised by them. What do they look like? The crisps themselves are triangular like nachos and are a pale orangey/yellow. They're only small though, probably about a third of the size of a regular nacho. The packet are green and yellow with a picture of the crisps on the front that make them look slightly bigger than they really are! What do they contain?
