LOSE WEIGHT, LOOK GREAT

Advantages: Losing weight is easy and you don't have to give up your favourite foods, great support offered, lots of local meetings during the day and eveing
Disadvantages: Weekly fee can make it an expensive way to lose weight

...At the beginning of the year I was prescribed Xenical to help me lose weight, it did work but was very slow and the side effects were very nasty so I wasn?t disappointed when my GP temporarily took me off them when I went down with a nasty illness in the Summer. Weight Watchers

Advantages: fun, easy, no banned foods
Disadvantages: none in my opinion

...After having my son it was hard to imagine how difficult it would be getting back into shape. Constantly tired from being up all night, excercise was the last thing on my mind. I barely had enough time to eat never mind evaluate what i was eating. As you can imagine this resulted in me eating the wrong things and gaining an exceptional amount of weight. ...Member?s advice on weight loss: (Update: Week Two: 16th June 2009): This week was harder than my first week, I get terrible PMS which leads to cravings and also affects my mood a lot. I have had several bouts of tearfulness and some terrible mood swings. Normally a couple of bars of chocolate would help, (I am sure it does something to calm my moods), but obviously that is out of the question. Money has been a bit short this week too which has added to the stress but at least I have not ruined my diet! I actually lost more this week, 7.5lbs! Woohoo! That means I have nearly lost a stone in two weeks! I don?t expect the weight loss to keep up this speed but I am really happy about it! Do You Watch Your Weight ?

Advantages: Lots of local meetings, supportive leaders who have lost weight themselves through weight watchers..
Disadvantages: Got to have credit or debit card to access monthly pass.

I looked into several weight loss groups in my area and spoke to others attending these groups, it seemed people had the most success in losing weight with weight watchers, so I decided to join! Yogalates for Weight Loss

Advantages: Split into 3 sections, good for all levels, great price

...weight loss. I did not buy this DVD as I need to lose weight, but love Yoga and thought I might do a little extra at home rather than paying an fortune to go to an extra class. After a month of doing the DVD... if i'm honest only once a week, I have not lost any weight. I have felt some increased toning though in ceratin parts of my body. I am not suggesting that you cannot lose weight by doing these workouts, but I am the kind of person that thinks oh i've done a bit of excerise now i'm going to eat chocolate. I personally find Yoga very relaxing and gives me a bit of 'me time'. I found that this DVD has actually helped me to relax even further than when I attend one Yoga session a week. I did not however find that it gave me any me time. Realistically what it achieved was for my other half to take photos of me without me knowing...

Lose weight

Advantages: Makes you fit, lose weight
Disadvantages: Cant do many multiplayer games on it apart from jogging.

There is no cables to trip over as its wireless and connects to the wii console using infrared. It has lots of fun activities for the whole family and allows you to workout in freedom of your own living room instead of having to pay out for expensive gym membership. I Bought this too lose weight and i lost a lot of fat around my stomache and thighs. It has a variety of exercises to do which include the areobic side of it which is step, boxing, jogging and hula hooping. You unlock harder levels of the game the more you play it and get longer time to do the exercise.
