We went for a day trip to The Western Water Park while we were in Majorca on holiday last summer (2006) The attraction opens up at 10.00 ******** Background******* As we were staying at the Barcelo hotel (see Op) in Cala d?Or we were offered by our First choice reps if we wanted to attended any of the local trips. To be honest I would love this to be a big rant about Great Western, but I'm going to keep my comments fair, because although they do a lot of things wrong, there are also some things that I do actually like about the way they run their service. I started getting First Great Western trains from Reading a couple of months ago. ...Since moving to Aberdeen a few years ago, I have many times visited if not just passing through, the Duthie Park. It is a place all the locals have been to at least once, and is a strong attraction for visitors to Granite City! It is somewhere I would spend a lot of time during the holidays, wandering around with friends and generally having fun. I suppose I should feel so lucky to have such a wonder right on my door step! The Duthie Park is situated just off of Garthdee in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland. Surrounding the park there are various main roads, with an Asda, a B&Q, and a ski slope near by, not forgetting the university campus too. Advantages: Stress free travelling, comprehensive, clear instructions, cheap

...I recently reviewed the TomTom one, which we bought with the Western Europe maps, and I have been waiting to put Jane (our name, after the voice) through her paces in rural France. As with all TomTom maps, easy to see, easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to update. Absolutely fantastic, I have no idea how we ever coped without her/it. From getting off the ferry, the map/navigation was spot on, good clear instructions, in plenty of time, and the first time I have ever got through Paris without a hitch. To give you an idea of how good, we bought a local map of where we were going on the Limousin/Perigord borders, that did not have the town we were staying in (I call it a town loosely) as it was so small, no problem for TomTom, straight there, which was welcome after 7 hours of driving.
