...I happen to suffer from warts on my hands which is most embarrassing; especially since I am a waitress. What is most annoying is that they are in really fiddly places, like in between my fingers, so I can't disguise them with a plaster. A wart is a virus basically and the virus replicates itself so warts are very contagious. I started off with one wart on my hand but from where I have clasped my hands together or rubbed them, they have spread onto my other hand in little clusters. The are raised bumps and have a sort of cauliflower patterning. They don't really hurt, unless I happen to catch them on something. ...I have had this cookbook for just over a year now and I absolutely love it! It is definitely the most used book in my kitchen. When I first bought this book I didn't really try many recipes from it at all as the recipes included a lot of ingredients which I had never heard off. But since supermarkets have started selling more organic and health foods it has become a lot easier for me to find these ingredients so within the last three months I have used this book religiously. My favourite thing about this book is knowing there are no additives or preservatives in anything so you really do know what you are eating rather than the processed rubbish you get in the supermarkets, and since using it around 2-3 times a week I have managed to lose 1/2 a stone and feel so much better in myself. My digestion is much much better than it use to be...

There are 24 pages, the last 2 pages are for adults/parents which gives tips and ideas on how to use the book and what to do when your child hits out. The book starts off with telling the reader that hands come in all shapes,colours and sizes. It then starts to gets the reader to think about what hands are for and so we get to wave our hands. We are then told that hands are not for hitting, what are hands for? and so over the next few pages you are given picture examples such as a child drawing, getting dressed and children shaking hands.
