...I bought Wii Fit last year and have now used it for over 400 hours so I guess you could say I have had my money's worth out of it. I do like it but it has its shortcomings not least of which is the fact that it takes a long time to work through a routine so I was pleased when I heard that Nintendo were bringing out a new versions and I wanted to see what that offered. Wii Fit Plus is intended to overcome some of the shortcomings and to allow you to plan a whole routine rather than do it piecemeal and have to wait between exercises. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. Basically, all it consists of is a balance board and CD with the Wii Fit activities on it. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. There are all differnt things to enjoy of the wii fit with 4 different fit stations including : Yoga Mucsle Workouts Balance Games Aerobics And one other showing "favorites" When the wii fit first arrives at your home you can set it up in less than 10 minutes and start to enjoy! Unlocking new games and workouts as you go along by time or agility.
