...Intro Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. It does actually work! Like balancing on the Balance Board improves your posture and balance. Muscle exercises grows and tightens your muscles. Aerobics games make you lose weight. ...Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! Wii Fit!!! A must needed addition to your Wii console.

Advantages: Simple, fun, excellent fitness routines, great for all the family.
Disadvantages: battery life, colours of board, no games available using two boards at the same time.

I have used the wii fit games over and over and there are different levels and difficulty which mixes it up a little. This ensures it isn't too repetitive. I do have to say in my opinion that the wii fit would benefit from been able to have two people using a board each. You also have to ensure the sensor which plugs into the wii console for the wii remotes, is at a good angle as some times it doesnt pick up the signal. On the wii fit there are many games to play including jogging, a step class, and boxing. I also have used it for the yoga routines, one of the moves is that you have to balance on one leg. ...Nintendo Wii Fit (Wii Fit) I got Wii fit on Christmas day 2008 and ever since I have not got off it. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising! Whats in the box... In the Wii Fit box there is not too much, there is a Wii fit balance board, Wii fit Wii game, Four AA Batteries and Manuals. What games is there on the Wii Fit game... ...As someone who has a bad back, and could also stand to lose a few pounds in weight, I finally gave in and bought the wii fit. Basically, all it consists of is a balance board and CD with the Wii Fit activities on it. Like the Nintendo Wii controllers it is completely wireless which is great for storage, when you finish you can just slot it under your bed or in a cupboard. To start off you create a character for yourself in the Wii Fit Plaza, which is based off your Mii. ...I think the Wii Fit is a must for any Wii owner, it actually works! I bought my Wii Fit around a month ago and I use it everyday for around 30 minutes. Its so much fun you honestly dont know where the time goes. The body tests provide an accurate reading of your weight or BMI and you can set yourself weight loss targets that are realistic. Since buying mine I've lost half a stone in a month and because its a gradual weight loss it stays off. The balance games are great fun while the other games provide quite a tough physical workout. If your looking to play the Wii Fit just for fun and aren't too woried about losing weight then its still great fun playing and compteing with others. If you have a Wii then you MUST get this!!!!!...
