...This is Will Smith's second solo album, without DJ Jazzy Jeff (although he does produce a lot of the material). It was released one month before the big night in whcih 1999 changed to 2000, giving it this name. This was a very nice pop rap track as it gives us a lot to celebrate as we went into the 21st Century. This album manged to get to double platinum one week before Christmas, two weeks prior to New Years Day, so it was a huge success for him. The artists who work with Will on this include Eve, Lil' Kim an the actress-turned-singer, Tatyana Ali, who played Ashley Banks in "The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air". 1. They bring the first and final albums of an artist an bring them together for a double album in order to see where the have come from and what they have come to in their career. This one hasn't got much of a difference like the other Urban Classics releases as these solo albums by Will SMith were following on from eachother. There was ao year gap, this am allow there to be a few changes in the style of the artist. ...I must say at first i really wasnt expecting much from this album, i mean i didnt think it was going to be rubbish or i wouldnt have brought it!. I first thought about buying it after listening to some album tracks on the radio, good up-tempo, party tracks. So i brought it (did get it at a bargin price though!) The first time i listened to the album 'Lost and Found' i really wasnt feeling it, maybe because i was expecting alot more or something, so after the first listen i put it away and didnt listen to it again untill couple of days later. And much to my suprise i loved the tracks after listening to it the second time round, which i did find to be abit weird..so this album is definately a Grower, if u decide to buy it (which i do recomend) then give it time..because it will definately grow on you!. ...to the last it is about his parents and his clothes. The lyrics for this song are quite funny in parts and are nice to make you feel happy. 3. A Nightmare on my Street This song has a very simple beat but has quite catchy lyrics and good vocals and that's why I love it. 4. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air This song is very easy to remember and originally comes from the TV series fresh prince of bel air. It is great to listen to and is quite humorous at times.
