They are said to ?cleanse, purify and mattify? in one step so basically they are an alternative to cleanser, toner and moisturiser in a wipe. No water is needed as the face wipes are moist so you simply remove on of the little cloths and use it to clean your face, then dispose of it afterwards. Advantages: handy, easy to use, cheap

...cheaper than the branded ones such as Nivea, Olay and Simple. The wipes come in two varieties, normal (yellow packaging)and ones for sensitive skin(light blue packaging). I bought the ones for sensitive skin. The easiest way to describe these wipes is tissues impregnated with a little film of solution. They come in a resealable pack very like wet wipes. This packaging would be good if it worked as I find it neat and more practical than bulky bottles that might spill. The problem I have with mine is the so-called resealable seal is not resealable and does not stick. I could not find it this morning after spending the past few weeks trying to make it stick so the wipes do not dry out. £2.29 is a lot to spend on tissues with just a hint of moisturiser and I did not want my wipes going that way. ...are easy to pull out. They do sometimes stick together so I have been known to get my knees involved with trying to pull them apart whilst holding my baby and trying to keep her clean! It would be nice to have some form of wipe which doesn't join to the next ones in the packet quite so well! The wipes themselves are quite moist. They are not dripping in water nor are they totally dry, I think they are a happy medium. When wiping my baby they feel very soft and gentle on her skin and they are very good at cleaning her. I don't feel like I have to apply pressure to clean her skin nor do I feel as though I need to use an excessive amount of wipes either. The wipes contain cammomile and aloe which both soothe and are good for the skin. They are perfume free and don't seem to have a smell really. They smell very faintly of baby wipes but...

...I have tried all kinds of different wipes mainly because there are always some on offer so i try to get a bargain but the best ones i've come across are these Pampers sensitive wipes. These wipes ae decent in pice, they are often on offer too for things like buy one get one free or 2 for £2. So always look sout for the offers and stock up! I use them every day for cleaning my baby, changing her nappy and always wiping down surfaces- i have even known to use the odd wipe for dusting! yes that's right! These are very soft on the skin and have never had a reaction on my baby's sensitive skin. They are a good degree of moisture too as they are not so wet that the baby is left soggy but also not so dry that you need about 3 to do the equivalent of one! They seal back up too so that they dont dry out which is a bonus, I hate it...

Huggies Pure Wipes

...I recently used these wipes when my usual brand of wipes were out of stock. They were on offer at Tesco priced at £1 per pack with each pack containing 72 wipes. Therefore being priced at £1 these seemed to offer reasonably good value for money. I therefore purchased three packs as with having two toddlers I seem to get through these packs very quickly. The packet itself is a simple red and blue colour with a picture of a baby on the front. It features a reasealable sticker on the top of the packaging in order to maintain the freshness and moisture of the wipes. There is also a statement on the top of the packet which claims that the wipes are 'Gentle cleaning like cotton wool and water'. Not the best kind of baby wipe on the market

...There are so many different kinds of wipes out there and before you havea baby you think that all wipes are pretty much the same. I would look at the nappy aisle and marvel at all the different kids of wipes, the different brands and what they all claim to do, surely they can';t be that different? Now that my daughter is 5 months old I consider myself an expert in all things baby-related! I can tell the difference between a huggie's wipe and a pampers wipe and, it has to be said, i prefer pampers. These wipes come in a red and blue packet which contain 72 wipes. We needed to buy some first aid supplies, and as well as a bumper selection of plasters, another little bargain that made its way into the basket, and into my room at uni was a pack of antiseptic wipes. The brand of wipes we had was called Fastaid, and I had Fastaid plasters, and I figured it looked a good product, even though I hadn?t actually heard of the before.
