I have to spend a lot of money to get internet (cable or wireless equipment expensive) when I informed about the possibility of exploiting or not the wireless modem on my phone, I said that enough to buy this stick from 40 ? (30 £). To my pleasure I have verified that it works perfectly, I never drop the phone line, the installation is complicated, sailing and unloading in decent manner. When the PC automatically searches for the signal and if the modem is turned on it connects: done. Wireless internet all around the house

Advantages: High speed and powerful, easy to set up
Disadvantages: My PC didn't want to co-operate

...it up you don't have to do anything else it just works alongside your PC connecting you seamlessly to the internet. It seems much more reliable that my Freeserve modem which I got free when I signed up for Broadband. I had no problem persuading my work laptop to communicate with it which will make life simpler when I am working from home occasionally. Would I recommend it? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yes I would - it was easy to set up apart from the slight glitch with my PC. It seems to work well and has a good range so it works everywhere in my house. I would try it out in the pub but sadly we have no pub in my village! If you are thinking of going wireless I think this modem is ideal especially if you have family who might all want to be accessing the internet at the same time....

...Xbox live is undoubtedly one of the main draws of the Xbox 360, and due to the fatc my Xbox was too far from a wired internet connection, i had to find a wireless way. The official wireless adapter seemed the best choice, widely availble, and being official, pretty much guaranteed to work. And thats true, it worked, very easily, simply plugging into the back, then scanning for connections on my xbox, then at the push of a button I was connected. It is a very good piece of kit, however it is rather expensive, as its counterparts for laptops and PCs would be available much cheaper. I have had some issues with the internet choosing not to connect, but these are rare, and on occasions the connection can be rather slow. I would stioll recommend this nonetheles, as it is a reliable piece of equipment that allows Xbox 360 users...
