...Having tried to connect my 360 via ethernet to my wireless connection, through my Mac or my Windows laptop, and having no success, this provided the only feasible solution. Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter A must for all Gamers

...If you enjoy playing online on your xbox 360 and your router is not easily accessible with wires then you should seriously consder getting yourself a wireless adapter. The Adapter cost around £50-£60 which I think is ridiculously over priced for what is simply a wireless adapter which generally cost aroud £10, but seeing as it is the only option for wireless gaming on the Xbox 360 then if you really want wireless it is your only option. ...Xbox live is undoubtedly one of the main draws of the Xbox 360, and due to the fatc my Xbox was too far from a wired internet connection, i had to find a wireless way. The official wireless adapter seemed the best choice, widely availble, and being official, pretty much guaranteed to work. And thats true, it worked, very easily, simply plugging into the back, then scanning for connections on my xbox, then at the push of a button I was connected. It is a very good piece of kit, however it is rather expensive, as its counterparts for laptops and PCs would be available much cheaper. I have had some issues with the internet choosing not to connect, but these are rare, and on occasions the connection can be rather slow. I would stioll recommend this nonetheles, as it is a reliable piece of equipment that allows Xbox 360 users...

My wireless network was originally on WEP encryption but the Xbox adapter was struggling to get a decent signal so I changed to WPA and got an almost perfect signal although it is worth mentioning that the encryption protocol shouldn't normally make a difference to signal strength. You could of course, connect wirelessly with no encryption if your wireless network was set up this way, but I would advise against this as anyone in the vicinity could use your network. Stability I have been really impressed with the stability and signal quality of my wireless adapter in the four months I have been using it. The connection has never dropped and lagging has been kept to a minimum. As well as playing online games, video streaming is also seemless and can normally be viewed without the need to constantly wait...

Sony Official PS3 SIXAXIS Wireless Controller

Advantages: Great Design
Disadvantages: No Dual Shock

...This is a great controller jus like the classic ps1/ps2 the design stayed the same. This is the perfect controller i can not say anything about the slick design. As you may know this controller is wireless so you may use it from newere in the room so no messy wires hanging around. And the batttery lasts very long i dont have to charge it very often but i dont play hours every day either. Only bad this about this controller is that unlike the ps1/ps2 controllers this does not have dual shock so no rumble :(.This is because sony could not get rights for the technology. Sony what happened? Well good news this controller is being released again next year as Dual Shock 3 is comming out. ...I bought a Playstation 3 around 4 months ago and, so far I can't fault the SIXAXIS controller for what I use it for. They've bascally kept the original Playstation 2 controller but made it wireless and added the SIXAXIS system to it. This is a motion sensor that is built in to the controller which senses which way you are leaning the controller and moves as you do but to be honest I found this pretty pointless due to not needing it at all, it just makes the game so much harder. I've tried using it with a few games and with some it's better than others but I still stick to the original normal controls as I find them a lot easier to use. So quite frankly my opinion is, I'm glad they've kept the controller the same as from the PS2 but thought that the addition of the SIXAXIS system was a bit of a waste of time unless the game...

...i got one of these because i didn't want wires everywhere in our house. when i first put it in it wouldn'tt connect up to my wireless router(linksys). i called up a help line and they said that they had no idea how to fix it so i ended up having to buy a new one (netgear). with this it works well most of them time but if it doesn't always work. i think that may be down to the router but it may be the adapter. anyway it works most the time pretty well. i think it is ridiculously over priced thought. When i got it it was £60. but i needed it because i didn't want a load of wires around the house. i thnk they are fairly good and work most of the time but are over priced....

Microsoft Official Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel

Advantages: Very robust and firm wheel. wireless
Disadvantages: MAY STRIKE SOME AS "CHEAP" LOOKING

...and not because it is cheap. The pedals attach to the wheel with a cable, which is supplied but is long enough to enable you to seperate the two well and you can even purchase your own longer cable if you really want a lot of room, which is probably unlikely. Overall this is a good unit. It comes with a copy of PGR3 along with the drivers to update your 360 to be able to use this wheel. It is appropriately priced and I personally feel good value for money as this unit does not need to be attached to the 360 as it is wireless. It does have a slight "cheap" look to it due to the use of white plastic but atleast it means it fully matches up with the 360 itself. The most important thing is it has excellent response in gameplay which is what you want the wheel for....
