...I brought my set of tannoys 15 months ago and, at the time,they cost £300.Now,with a little searching around,they can be obtained for under £200. What you get in the box is five satellite speakers(two front,two rear and a centre speaker) plus a seperate powered subwoofer. You also get wall mounted supports for the two front and two rear speakers and all the speaker cables(i changed the cables to 79 stand q.e.d. speaker cable to improve the sound). Setting up the system is relatively easy:you just need an electric drill for the the wall mounted stands and once fitted,you just connect the cables to your home cinema amp. Easy!! Once you have connected everything,it is time to try out the system. My first reaction and i am sure yours will be the same was one of complete disbelief!! Big mistake, after saving the required £600 I bundled them into the car without a full demo from my local dealer, when I unpacked the sats I found a few badly finished edges and a lack of detailed set up instructions for the sub. .... I was looking for a good quality, not to expensive home cinema system and found this one. Saw LG HT353SD in Sainsbury's for just £79.99 and was not sure. I checked all the other prices online and details on manufacturer's website. Same day decided to go for it and bought it next day. I have it over one week now and am totally satisfied. It does exactly everything what should and does it great. This home theatre system is very nice looking and nicely designed. Stylish I would say as each speakers surface reflects. Home cinema disappointment

...Having finally said goodbye to an old DVD player and separate CD and radio player, we decided to opt for the home cinema system from Samsung. Having already recently purchased a Samsung TV which we were very pleased with the value for money of the Samsung Home Cinema TZ215 tempted us to carry on with the brand. So as I like ciao, clearly I like the internet but the company I work for will not allow its staff to have phone lines put in to the staff accomodation as we're all on mobile contracts and can be moved at anytime, so getting online is something of a challenge when the accomoation is separate from the business building itself. But when the accomodation is in the same building as the business you can take advantage of the wi-fi put in for the use of the customers (soldiers, saliors, airmen). ...Bose SoundDock Digital Music System I happened to get this as a gift and it turned out to be quiet interesting Summary: This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these. Pros: This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential.
