No more stinky poo poo

Advantages: washes & dries efficiently, reasobaly priced, no breakdowns, range of programmes
Disadvantages: price varys depending upon location and retailer quite drastically

...Nobody likes smelly clothing, I find it offensive when strangers in the street pass me by emitting a stench that could be classed as a chemical weapon. I personally take pride int he fact that since I stopped smoking my clothes always smell and look clean. My Indesit WIXL 143s with a little help from my good lady wife are to thank for this, but rather than give you a run down of my wife, I will take the time to give you the lowdown of this washer/dryer combo, a snip in my opinion at £265 from Argos. First of all, don't get ripped off if considering this beauty. The price varys wildly from retailer to retailer. Since my purchase I have seen it on sale for £375! It's good, but it isn't £375 worth of kitchen appliance. If you can buy it sub £300 I have no hesitation in making a hearty recommendation because it is an all singing, all...

Is It A Washing Machine Or Is It A Helicopter?

Advantages: Easy to use, with very good washing results.
Disadvantages: Two machines supplied and both with faults.

...Let me start by saying that I've had Indesit washing machines for some time, and have been very happy with them. When my previous machine started going wrong after several years of faithful service, I had no hesitation in buying another Indesit, and this time we chose the WIXL126. It arrived from Argos and looked good, and the manual was clear and easy to follow. However, after I'd spent time installing the machine, the wife was just about to do the first wash and noticed a tear in the rubber seal around the door (aren't these things supposed to be quality checked?). Argos were very good about it, and within two days a replacement arrived. This time, the seal and everything else looked perfect, so we started to wash the backlog of dirty clothes. It started off well on the wash cycle, but then it moved on to rinse, followed by spin...
