Drinking Tea With Wonder Woman

...It's an embarrassing love to admit, but I really like buying mugs for some strange reason, and have a cupboard full as testament to this. I also really like cartoons and anime, and Wonder Woman is a character I like. So, when I came across this mug on the internet on sale for £4 I bought it without hesitation. I got this from Play.com as a genuine mug, not a fake one with tacky graphics stuck on to it. It's produced by Half Moon Bay, who do a lot of memorabilia type products, and I've seen some good reviews regarding the quality of their stuff. This mug came in a cardboard presentation box so it all arrived in good condition, no damage, and looked neat enough to give as a nice gift (to myself, in this case!). Review of Half Moon Bay Wonder Woman Mug

Wonder Woman - a wonderful animated movie

Advantages: Chemistry between Wonder Woman/Steve, good voice acting, entertaining action
Disadvantages: A tad violent for younger viewers, artwork could have used a bit more detail

...Wonder Woman fans have had a raw deal when it comes to seeing their heroine on the TV screen. Compared to the other members of the DC trinity (Superman and Batman) she has hardly appeared in any movies or TV shows. The only Wonder Woman shows I can recall are the seventies TV series (who can forget the funky theme song) and her appearances on the Justice League cartoon, were she was more of a supporting character. In this 2009 animated film we get to see the scantily clad Amazon take centre stage. I hope Wonder Woman fans enjoy it, because it may be a while before she takes the staring role in another project. Just recently a new TV series was scrapped? although that may have been a blessing in disguise as from what I had read it was shaping up to be a disaster.
