The campaign is split into battles where you play as an American in the Pacific against the Japanese and where you play as a Russian against Germany on the Eastern Front. This works really well and provides great diversity throughout the game. Each set of missions have different characteristics, which as I say, keeps it fresh. Graphically it's a stunning effort from Activision. The attention to detail is amazing sometimes. Online play is hit and miss. Activision have borrowed a lot of 'Call of Duty 4's' aspects and implemented them into their game. Call of duty world at war the truth

Advantages: call of duty 4 but 60 years in the past, nazi zombies re just the best
Disadvantages: just a copy of call of duty 4, not a bad thing just nothing new

Call of duty world at war i now have both call of duty world at war both on the Nintendo wii and the play station 3, after the first five minutes i decided that i would never play the wii version again, the ps3 version is so much better, with one extra mission in campaign, Nazi zombies which is worth £20, no lagg, more maps and multiplayer modes, campaign co-op and competitive co-op, way better visuals and most importantly dlc (downloadable content) although cost makes the game larger and more to do. i own also call of duty 4 modern warfare on the ps3, unfortunately even with no Nazi zombies, trophies and co-op call of duty modern warfare is still better, even though it is 2 years older than world at war. also i feel as if treyarch has just nicked everything from call of duty modern warfare and put it into call of duty but set...

...I'm a call of duty fan and always have been but this game is nowhere near as good as call of duty 4, Call Of Duty World At War is set in World War 2. The maps on this game aren't as good as the map on call of duty 4, the maps on this game are set in different places some on the cliff side, some inside buildings and some in deserts.
