What I did like about the characters were that they were both so feminine in their way. I hate reading lesbian romance novels where one of the characters may as well be a man and where if it wasn't for the sex scenes you could forget that you were reading about two women. -General Opinion- I've read a few lesbian romance novels and was about to give up on them. Generally they're not as well written as other novels and I have a theory that lack of competition in the lesbian market means that the quality of the novels is quite poor. ..."First defence" is an interesting concept. A nasal spray that is meant to keep colds at bay. How could that work? There is no cure for the common cold, so logically you can't prevent it either. Other than by eating healthy and staying inside and never having contact with other human beings. But alas, I'm not a hermit, neither are you either in all probability.
