...stone (unfortunately I'm a bit more of a porker than this!) the wheels tend to flex quite a bit if you put a bit of extra weight on them. I find this a problem when hill climbing - although living in Norfolk there aren't that many about which is a good thing! I have also had the wheels flex when going over pot holes. I know that you should always avoid these on a racer and 9 times out of 10 I do, but there are the odd occasions when they are unavoidable. Changing the wheels is not a difficult task and it is usually one of the first upgrades most cyclists make to their bike. Star Trek - Alternately Outstanding

Advantages: Fantastic Action and spills, the effects are amazing and will pull in new fans

...Bana i saw portray Nero? I thought: YES! I KNEW IT! - as soon as i found out :) Chuffed xD Even if you have not seen anything of Star Trek, you better get to the cinema and watch it before it leaves or you will regret waiting for 4-5 months for the DVD. Oh my goodness - A Trek Movie that I loved!!!!

Advantages: A brand new storyline with definite tributes to the original Trek
Disadvantages: Not enough Nero!!!

...Being married to a Star Trek fan isn't easy. In fact it's blooming hard!! I could swear sometimes I know more about it than he does and it's scary! So to find out there was a new Star Trek movie coming out brought a sigh of "not another one" from me and a lot of excitement from himself. And as soon as tickets were available to order from the cinema, I had to get them in advance for the first night of showings as he decided it just would not do to go on the second night. Synopsis The story follows James Kirk from the events of his birth and his yearly years, but mainly concentrates on his first voyage on the Starship Enterprise. It also follows the life of Spock and how he was an outcast both on Vulcan and Earth due to his mixed parentage. Spock as we all know also ends up on the Enterprise. Trek and travel

Advantages: see loads in a short space of time
Disadvantages: fast paced, tiring

...Trek America is a travel company specialising in tours throughout America and Canada. It is not an 18-30's holiday company although most of the travellers will be this age. Trek America work under different names in other countries, I know their Australian counterpart is Let's Trek. When we decided we wanted a tour in America we considered various tour groups and decided on this one as it seemed to cover what we wanted and seemed to have a similar sort of attitude to use (i.e not a club 18-30's we didn't want to be either durnk or hungover the whole time, we actually wanted to see and experience the place). We did the Western BLT which toured from San Francisco to LA, taking in Yosemite National Park, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. The tour was very tiring with long days driving but this is understandable considering the distance...

So I ran quality bike s that would get me around quickly and with minimal effort. I was a cycle courier for a time whilst I decided what to do with myself and on starting a career jib stopped cycling and eventually sold my expensive bikes on. About 3 years ago I bought a Trek 8000 mountain bike. I bought this in a sale for £1100 pounds.
