...Nestle Ski have been making delicious fruit yogurts for as long as I can remember and their Ski Smooth range is no exception. The yogurts are sold in multipacks of 4x125g and are currently on offer at Tescos for the bargain price of £1.00. There are two flavours in these packs - strawberry and raspberry. The packaging is stylish - blue with the ski logo and the word 'Smooth - no bits' written on the front. We are also told that the product contains all natural ingredients. There is also a picture of the fruit the yogurt is flavoured with in the top right corner. On the side of the pack we are told that the product is free from artificials, low in fat and contains probiotic ( a good bacteria which should aid digestion). ...Whilst shopping in Sainsbury's I've increasingly been drawn to their basics range. My latest try is the 4 low fat yogurts for 29p (4 x 125g or 500g in total). Like most of the products in the basics range this is quite a bargain. I bought mine on the 6 March the use by date is almost 22 March. THE PRODUCT The four pots are come joined together at the top with one label covering all four. The label design is the same for all of the basics range a broad orange strip covers the product. There is plenty of information. NUTRITIONAL CONTENT per 100g: Energy 337 kj , protein 2.3g , carbohydrates 16 g of which sugar 14 g, little fat (0.7g) or fibre. GREAT TASTING BUGS.

...I don’t want you to think I am cheap but special offers definitely attract me. So when I saw Danone Bio Activia Yoghurt on sale at 99 pence for four x125g pots they went straight into the trolley. I choose the strawberry flavour but was temped so I took four peach as well. It is unusual in the fact that four are all the same flavour rather than mixed. I think this is a good idea as with other brands I am always left with the black cherry as it is not my favourite. I love yoghurt but had not yet tried this particular brand so I thought I?d give it a go whilst the price was right. You know what I?m like where a bargain is concerned! The offer in question was on four packs of Danone Bio Activa Yoghurt in strawberry, peach or cherry flavour. Incidentally the packs are of four yoghurts of the same flavour. Review of Pearl Oyster Pink Soap

easy laminating

...A cheap simple laminator. choose either 2x75(150) micron or 2x125 (250)micron pouches. I prefer the 250 pouches for a nice strong finished sheet. Simply set the heat switch according to which ever pouch you have and wait a few minutes while it warms up. A light tells you when it is at correct temp . As you wait you can place your paper in your pouch. Do not use paper smaller than your pouches stated use eg A4 paper in an A4 pouch. Correct sizing leaves approx 3-4 mm of pouch around the edges of the paper. Paper free areas wider than this will warp in the machine or even melt. Do not put two sheets in one pouch only one full sheet. So it takes a few moments to correctly set the paper in the pouch. A pouch is two sheets joined at a crease along the top so fitting your paper neatly into the crease should help line things up...
